Back at the Citadel, the Outcasts were abuzz with the latest news. Murmurs filled the grand hall as members gathered in clusters, discussing the incredible feat of one of their rookies. Jane Winchester had singlehandedly taken out an entire Mage Guild and defeated a member of the Fallen.
"Did you hear? Jane Winchester wiped out the Darkmoon Order!" one whispered.
"And she took down Viktor Bloodmoon? By herself?" another murmured, disbelief clear in their voice.
As the excitement swelled, the heavy doors of the hall swung open, and Constantine and Damien strolled in. Their presence added another layer of tension and interest; both were controversial figures within the Outcasts.
"Look, it's them," someone muttered. "Did you hear about what happened in Darkhaven?"
Constantine nudged Damien, grinning. "I think we've caused a bit of a stir."
Damien smirked. "Just another day at the office, Con."
