Kui hadn't expected this. Mwas was giving her a run for the money. For every move she made was met with a strong defense as well as a counter attack . If he's this good why did he need bodyguards? she asked herself. She was about to dodge a leza shot when something grabbed her leg. It was one of the bodyguards. Unable to move , she took the hit head on. Mwas smiled as he watched her. "So you really took that one head on eh"? he said arrogantly. Kui looked at the man who had held her down and pointed her gun at him and fired. The man went limp.
She looked at the hole in her right shoulder and winced. That would probably never heal. Its good I'm left handed though she thought clicking her tongue. She had to admit though, she had underestimated him. Time to get serious. With her functioning left arm, she grabbed her leza sword and lunged forward. Surprised by the sudden move, Mwas could only defend himself using his own sword. He managed to get away but her moves had gotten sharper and faster. She had him stuck on defense, giving him no room to retaliate. Mwas, feeling on edge, became excited. This was the first time in a very long time that someone was able to take his hits and still be fine. There was only one person who did so, Kim.
Still he smiled. This was good. He escaped a back hand sword cut and shot at Kui on her exposed ribcage. The hit sent her flying in between Albert and Thia's fight. The shot tore her upper body and left a larger hole in her. She was done for. Alvin screamed her name. He had been watching the two fights from the hovercraft. However, he was worried. One fight was evenly matched however, the other was by no means a fair fight. It was a beat down. This was Albert and Thia's fight.
Albert looked at Thia again. He had been fighting the boy for the last ten minutes and so far it was boring. He parried off all his attacks and even sighed in boredom. This was boring he thought, loudly he said," Don't you have special moves boy I'm getting quite bored and I hate being bored." Thia grit his mouth and clicked his tongue. He had been fighting this man and hadn't even landed a single hit. He was also tired and he knew that this fight was draining him fast. He skidded away from an impending blow and straightened himself. That's when his eyes locked with Alvin's. A huge and fatal mistake.
Albert yawned then watched the boy move away from him. He was slightly amused. He was pretty agile, but he was bored. As the boy stood still looking at his brother, he saw a chance to end this boring fight. He instantly moved behind the boy and was about to give him a killing blow when his brother shouted," NOOO"! Surprised, he altered the weight of the blow and, when it landed on Thia it knocked him out completely. " Say brother, " he said grabbing the unconscious Thia by the throat," Why did you stop me from killing him,"? his voice sounded low and dangerous. He looked like a wild animal robbed off his prey. Alvin gulped and answered meekly," He saved my life its only fair I return the favor." Albert looked at his brother and smiled darkly. " So its a case of benevo...", he said but was interrupted by a pain on his back. Someone had shot him. He dropped Thia carelessly as one would a sack of beans and turned angrily. He stared at the person who shot him, Mwas.
Ever since he could remember, Mwas had never felt fear. Perhaps this was the reason why he turned into a psychopath. His immunity to fear had driven him to lead a life of untold mischief and shenanigans that would make a mother faint. He never knew the sensation of fear and what it entails. That is until now. Albert's glare imprinted on his entire body. Fear, a new sensation, gripped him and he stood there paralyzed. He couldn't comprehend why his whole body and mind were screaming run yet his body couldn't move. Albert grinned and said," You're the second one to land a hit on me. I will kill you as an honor." He lunged at the boy.

Alex looked at the dead body of Njogu. He was pretty good, he thought as he walked past him. Their battle had been short, sweet and fierce. He had enjoyed himself and even though he had to kill the enemy, he wished that they could have met in another life under a different set of circumstances . They could have been friends, maybe. He had been injured heavily but that wasn't going to stop him from having 'fun'. Albert is probably on a killing spree right now so maybe I'll grab the water myself, he thought as he coughed up blood. He was injured. Heavily. " Now then let's see," he said wiping blood from his mouth and face. For a mercenary, he was rather meticulous and careful. He looked around him and saw a villager struggling to hide. He went straight and grabbed the person's hair. He yanked it backwards un order to see the face. A woman, he thought surprised, she was beautiful.
It was Shiru.
