ROXANNE'S POV
"Oh, do not mind her," Tarella explained, inserting herself into the tiny picture, "She's mentally unstable, that's why she said that. Do not count whatever she says as true," she said
"Yes," her husband concurred, giving a lizard nod.
"But I'm not unstable!" Patria cried out, threatening to break into a tantrum. "I'm okay," she yelled "Dad, mom, I'm fine" she took her father's hands swiftly.
"It breaks my heart that my daughter's like this," a tear fell from her eyes, softening my belief in the girl's story.
If she was unstable, then the mother would be the best person to know. And it would be nearly impossible to lie about such a thing.
Plus I saw Tarella as someone with a very high moral principle that suppressed lying and other dishonest acts.
