CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE
AUTHOR'S POV
Selena set herself to work. What brief moment she had before Dera showed her face, she was going to use it to find a way to fix the CCTV camera.
It didn't matter that she had not, in her entire life learned how to fix any electrical appliance and that she had no means of reaching the area it was placed.
What mattered to her, was winning the war against Dera. And with her resoluteness, she was positive she would win.
So she pulled off her gown and searched for one of her old baggy jeans to put on for the work, and a sleeveless top that would help reduce the intensity of the heat she might feel during the tenuous work.
She did not stop to consider if her dress was the right choice or not. All she wanted to do, as already determined firmly in her heart, was to act as an electrician that she certainly wasn't and would never be.
