CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND NINE
AUTHOR'S POV
For Dera, Tuesday had never tasted more sweet and refreshing. She had never been so happy before. A hint to her sorry past and nasty behavior. It wasn't her fault, was it? It was fate's fault, fixing her and a bunch of assholes in the same family and incidentally making her the only female in their midst.
She had fought her way out of the family, promising never to let anyone step on her again, nor brutalize her ever. Her determination had paid off, as she was now slated to go on a date with her long-time crush; a man she fought tooth and nail for, and had committed questionable crimes for.
Her heart shuddered sweetly as she checked the time on her phone. It was 2 pm, two hours before the time for the date.
