Chapter 33 - losing control

Meanwhile, Rebecca daydreamed about Moore. Suddenly, she found herself becoming infatuated with him. She tried her best to shake off the feeling, but the more she resisted, the stronger her emotions and pheromones seemed to become. She felt like she was losing control. All she could do now was wait it out or act on her emotional response. Moore, however, remained clueless. He was focused on making a good impression on Rebecca. So when he suggested they go see a movie, she immediately agreed. As they walked into the theater that evening, Moore took the opportunity to hold her hand. Despite his nerves, he was only thinking about one thing. To his surprise, Rebecca didn't let go either, holding onto his hand tightly. Moore felt like a schoolboy falling in love for the first time. He led Rebecca to the top booth of the movie hall for privacy and seclusion. Sitting so close to Moore, Rebecca struggled to refocus her thoughts and resist her primitive instincts. On the other hand, Moore looked for every opportunity to hold Rebecca close. Throughout the movie, there were sparks between them, making for some awkward moments.Moore stretched his arm up, pretending to be stiff. He then moved it to the side where Rebecca was and leaned it on her shoulder. Rebecca smiled to herself, thinking, "This is the oldest trick in the book. You old fool." She subtly moved her head to rest it on Moore's chest and shoulder. Moore was immediately on cloud nine, pretending to watch the movie. Rebecca could feel butterflies in her stomach as she leaned her head on Moore's shoulder. Time seemed to stand still as they savored each other's breath. Finally, Moore couldn't resist any longer. He bravely lifted Rebecca's chin with his other arm, now looking directly into her eyes. Rebecca shyly met his gaze. They both stared at each other, lost in the moment, forgetting the world around them. The tension in the air was palpable, sending electric sparks flying. Eventually, they let go, giving in to their primal instincts and the pheromones that were driving their libidos wild. They kissed passionately, as if their lives depended on it. Two hearts beating as one, nothing else mattered in that moment. Their lips and bodies entwined with love and affection until they were almost out of breath and their faces turned pale from lack of oxygen. Finally, they pulled away from each other, using this rare opportunity to catch their breath.

After a brief moment that felt like an eternity, an awkward tension and silence hung between them. It seemed as though they were both contemplating their actions. They wondered whether they were right or wrong to do what they had done. These thoughts raced through their minds as they stared into each other's eyes once more. No words were spoken or heard, only the intense gaze and passion between them. After a brief pause, Rebecca let out a sigh and in one swift movement, she threw herself onto Moore. She let go of all inhibitions and acted purely on impulse. They shared a passionate kiss. Rebecca sat on Moore's lap as they kissed and embraced each other for a long time. In what felt like an eternity, they finally stopped and smiled and laughed together. Moore stretched out his hand to Rebecca, indicating that they should leave. She nodded in agreement, seemingly anticipating his response. As they left the movie theater, Moore hailed a cab and directed the driver to take them to the Sixth Sense Hotel. When they arrived, they entered the elevator and as soon as the doors closed, Moore pulled Rebecca closer and began to kiss her once again. Her heart skipped a beat as she felt Moore's lips pressed against hers. She could feel his strong arms wrapping around her body and his warm breath on her face and neck. Every part of her body tingled with different sensations. All she could do now was let go and enjoy the moment. She could hear a song playing in her head or heart, "Baby tonight is your night and I am going to sweep you off your feet. Just make a wish on your night, and everything will be possible because it is your night." That was the melody that was playing in her head.

Before long, the elevator doors opened. Two men were standing by the doors. Rebecca and Moore both paused at the same time. Moore, who was still distracted by his thoughts, let out a sigh before composing himself, while Rebecca blushed and smiled. The men stared at each other before turning their attention back to Moore and Rebecca in confusion. One of the men seemed to understand what was happening and gestured for his friends to make way for the couple. They all entered the elevator together.

This time, it was Rebecca who pulled Moore close and kissed him with pure vigor. Moore carried her with all his might while kissing her passionately, as if his life depended on it. When they reached the bypass between their rooms, they both instinctively chose Moore's room. As soon as the door to Moore's room opened, they heard a voice from inside.

"Welcome home. We've been waiting for you."Moore felt a wave of dejection as he heard the unfamiliar voice echoing in his room, its tone chillingly cold. With a sense of unease creeping over him, he found himself compelled to confront the mysterious presence. In a tone tinged with apprehension, he inquired, "Pray tell, who art thou, and what business hath brought thee unto my chamber unbidden?"

His words hung in the air, laden with an unspoken sense of foreboding. The room seemed to hold its breath, awaiting a response from the shadowy figure before him. Moore's heart raced with a mixture of fear and curiosity, his senses alert to every nuance of the eerie encounter.

As the silence stretched on, he could almost feel the weight of the unseen visitor's gaze upon him, an invisible presence lingering in the dimly lit room. With a steady resolve, Moore squared his shoulders, preparing himself for whatever revelation or confrontation might come next.
