While Moore and Marcy were sitting and chatting with Christopher and his wife Emily, Marcy's phone rang. Looking at the caller ID, it was Katerina calling. Marcy became hesitant and quickly checked her surroundings to make sure no one noticed. She stood up and excused herself from everyone before walking out the front door to answer the call. She answered sternly, "Hello," but before she could say anything else, Katerina spoke first, asking, "Do you have any updates?" Marcy replied, "He's starting to remember things. He even called out her name, Theaphoenixcus." Katerina was shocked to hear this and immediately responded, "You mean he remembered Thea in his dreams?" She paused for a moment, then asked, "If he remembers that name, does that mean he remembers me too?" She thought to herself. She then said, "Keep monitoring his progress." With that, she ended the call. Marcy returned to the living room and continued chatting with everyone as if nothing had happened. They continued talking for a while before Moore announced he had to leave. The family was sad to see him go, but they understood. They said their goodbyes before Moore and Marcy drove off.
In a secluded area far from civilization, an eerie atmosphere surrounded an abandoned building where a mysterious figure lurked. This person, known as the Shadow Master, exuded an air of foreboding as he conversed with a frightened woman named Rose. Bound to a chair with her hands tightly restrained behind her, Rose's expression betrayed her deep distress at the unfolding events.
The Shadow Master's sinister words revealed his manipulation, as he insinuated that Tony Blend, a name laden with malevolence, would soon be involved. Expressing a desire to test someone's mettle by orchestrating a confrontation, the Shadow Master hinted at a deeper, more ominous agenda at play.
As the tense conversation continued, the Shadow Master seized Rose's phone, signaling a shift in the unfolding drama as he initiated a call to a certain individual named Moore.
Moore was sitting by the side while Marcy was driving. Suddenly, his phone began to ring. He stared at the caller ID, realizing who was calling. After a while, he answered the phone. Marcy noticed the look on his face and asked who was calling. Moore could only choke before saying it was Rose. Marcy gave him a stern look and told him to answer it as it could be important. Moore picked up the call, only to hear a strange voice on the other end. The voice said, "I have your girlfriend with me. If you want to see her alive again, you will do everything I say." Moore was terrified and could barely hold onto the phone. The voice continued, "I will send you her location. Remember, come alone or she will die." With that, the call ended.
Moore, looking at Marcy, said that Rose had been kidnapped and the kidnappers wanted him to come alone. Marcy quickly parked the car by the side of the road and asked Moore what he was going to do. Moore replied, "Of course I wouldn't leave her there. I just need to think of a way to free her without getting either of us killed." Moore thought for a while before saying, "Marcy, you don't have to get involved." Marcy, with an icy expression, yelled at Moore, "Are you trying to be a hero? Do you want to do this alone? Doing it alone will only get you captured or worse, killed. You fool."
They talked for a while before Moore took out his phone and called someone.
After some time, both Moore and Marcy arrived at the location he had received from the shadow master. As the car drove through the dark alley of the abandoned building, two figures emerged and walked inside. The Shadow Master raised an eyebrow, genuinely curious why Moore would bring someone with him. He spoke from the shadows, "I told you to come alone. Why did you bring someone with you? Do you think I would harm her?" Moore chuckled and replied, "She was with me when you called, and she heard everything. I couldn't send her away." The Shadow Master retorted, "So, now you brought her here to die with you?" He laughed maniacally. Suddenly, he yelled, "Get them!" From deep in the shadows, hundreds of men rushed out, wielding various weapons such as batons, knives, and swords. As they surrounded Moore and Marcy, there was a smug smile on Marcy's face, as if to say, "Is this all you have to show for?" Before they could get close, another group of men appeared, yelling and charging out of the darkness. It was Dick Hammer and his West Side gang. Hammer screamed, "Destroy the enemy!" as they broke through the encampment around Moore and Marcy. Moore breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Hammer and his gang. He then focused his attention on the Shadow Master and the woman tied to a chair. Moore, now in a trance-like state, walked majestically towards the Shadow Master. The Shadow Master, feeling humiliated, warned, "Don't come any closer, or I will kill her." Moore replied calmly, "I will give you a chance to save yourself today. If you can defeat me, you are free to go. But if you can't, your life, as you know it, is over." The Shadow Master looked over at the battle scene and noticed his side was losing. In a moment of contemplation, he whispered to himself before affirming his agreement. Marcy confidently approached Moore, expressing her willingness to confront the perceived troublemaker. However, Moore responded with a sense of reassurance, indicating that such trivial matters need not concern her in his presence. In a swift motion, Moore propelled himself forward, traversing a distance of over forty meters and positioning himself strategically between Rose and the formidable Shadow Master. The Shadow Master, exuding a sense of ominous power, ensnared Moore before initiating an aggressive assault. It became evident that the Shadow Master was a skilled practitioner of the ancient and revered Bushido technique, showcasing a formidable prowess in combat.
