When Death heard his arrogant and prideful statement, she was silent for a long time, looking into the distance absentmindedly. After nearly 10 seconds, she recollected herself and spoke calmly.
"It seems you will have an interesting adventure ahead of you; once you level up, we will see if you are as good as you say. In the meantime, why don't you duel Aria? She is quite skilled, and I am curious how you will fair."
Looking at Death exasperatedly, Paul stood up and turned to leave.
"I hope you don't think of me as some zoo animal to watch for fun; I am not very interested in fighting your secretary."
As he was about to begin walking away, Death spoke once again, not rushed or anxious but with a level of amusement.
