Viability is often measured in real life and in games when groups decide about a course of action, weighing the pros and cons while determining what is possible and what is not. Scenarios are tested, simulated, and analyzed repeatedly to determine the best course of action.

Attempting to gauge the impact of decisions in a constantly changing world, especially when other decision-makers are involved, is a daunting task. It's a challenge that is often fraught with inconsistency. 

As a plan came closer to fruition, what would happen would become increasingly apparent; such was the case with the second battle of Ecuas Citadel.
