The next morning, bright and early, Li Fei had Tie Zhu drive him to the county town, where he purchased another small truck, bringing his collection to a total of three.
Looking over at the sedan dealership next door, his heart itched with desire. He really wanted to cross over and buy a sedan, but he couldn't afford it as funds were tight, and sedans weren't as practical for him at this stage: small trucks were more reliable. He thought about it and had to suppress his impulse to consume, deciding to wait until later to make such a purchase.
On his way back, he passed a square and, feeling a bit hungry, parked the truck, bought some snacks to munch on, and strolled around the square, enjoying the evening breeze.
In one corner of the square, there was a sports field, enclosed with tall chain-link fences, inside of which was a small soccer field, probably only a quarter the size of a standard one.
There, he saw a group of young men and women playing with a frisbee on the field.
