If he had been a bit crazier, or in other words, if his calm had completely vanished, he wouldn't have thought about any of this. He would have immediately rallied all of the Zhao Family's forces and directly attacked the Su Family, and perhaps he wouldn't have hesitated to target the Xu Family as well.
At that point, when the two families formed an alliance, he would no longer consider the consequences. As long as the Su Family could be obliterated, the bitter hatred in his heart would be appeased, and he would be willing to pay any price. Of course, all of this was for the sake of his own son. The only reason he still retained a sliver of calm was because he had already been filled with disappointment in his son.
