"Fool, I'm not that easy to die!" Wang Daniu also comforted them and held Jennifer tightly.
As the two embraced and wept, Wang Daniu noticed that Jennifer's arm had injuries.
"What happened here?"
Wang Daniu grabbed Jennifer's arm, rolled up her sleeve, and saw several wounds, some of which had turned black, obviously old ones.
"Da Niu, I'm fine, really," Jennifer tried to pull away, but Wang Daniu held her firmly.
"Tell me, who did this, daring to bully a widow and her orphan!"
A murderous aura emanated from Wang Daniu; this had touched his last nerve.
"It's nothing, really, you've just arrived here, don't get involved too much," Jennifer clearly didn't want to drag Wang Daniu into this, but their daughter Ruth's eyes were red from crying.
Wang Daniu felt his daughter's helplessness and fear, walked over, crouched in front of her, and wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes.
"Ruth, tell me what exactly happened? Don't be afraid, Dad will take care of it for you."
