As I told Maria, I immediately contacted someone at the police station and reported a missing person minutes after we talked. Then afterward, I phoned people I knew from a certain detective agency to do an urgent job of locating Gabriel Levine and I also delegated half of my men to do a sweeping operation of the entire Nice to hasten the search.
As much as I hated Gabriel for continually hurting the woman I dearly love, I am not the kind of man who would rejoice if someone was in danger, especially if it gravely affects someone close to me. I wasn't the type of a person who would be glad in a situation like this, even if the one who was involved was a rival.
