Sophie stood at Alfred's doorstep, her eyes brimming with tears. She had fully recovered from her miscarriage and was determined to get pregnant again. Alfred, engrossed in his laptop, was taken aback by her sudden arrival. He opened the door, ready to turn her away, but Sophie's distraught expression softened his resolve.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Alfred asked, concern etched on his face.
Sophie sniffled, fabricating a story. "I had a fight with my mom. I need a place to stay for the night."
Alfred's eyes narrowed, but he offered a solution. "I can book a hotel room for you."
Sophie's tears intensified, and she protested, "I won't feel comfortable there. Please, Alfred, let me stay here. Just for tonight."
After some deliberation, Alfred relented, inviting her in. As he tried to leave, Sophie attempted to persuade him to stay, her words laced with seduction.
