"Are we all good to go?" Lioness asked her teammates. It was finally their turn to compete with another team.
"Yeah!" They said in unison.
"Remember, we've practiced for this already. So, don't be nervous and just do as we have practiced, okay?" She motivated them.
"Let's gather round." Darla called out jovially as she stretched out her right hand in front of them
"Not this again. I told you it is childish." Tigress complained
"Come on Tigress. In the spirit of sportsmanship." Lioness cajoled her and she reluctantly placed her hands on the others hands.
"On three." Darla called, "1.. 2... 3..."
"Sporty..." That yelled in response as other competitors pointed and laughed at them.
"Team 3 and 4 to the volleyball court now!" The officiating guard yelled the instruction and the teams in question answered. Then, the game began.
