~Duel~
"And the coffin is empty" Ned added.
BADUM BADUM!
"What is he talking about? Did you keep the dead in a coffin?" Niamh asked innocently.
"Ah..uh.. let's go Ned. I'll be right back" Damien stuttered but Niamh stopped him.
"I'll go with you"
As they left, the real Niamh and Azazel appeared in the room.
"King Lansel is here we should act fast" Azazel stated
"Lansel won't let his guard down. He can handle him" Niamh replied with certainty.
"He is a Demon King, only she Red Sword can kill him" he reminded.
"Right, where's the secret room?" Niamh asked.
"The one in my room is right here" Azazel reached a shelf and pressed an invisible button. The shelf groaned and slid to one side. His eyes lit up in excitement as the wall opened with a heavy sound.
"My luck!" He exclaimed. Niamh smirked satisfactorily and the walked in.
There it is, the Red Sword in the center of the room, placed in its glass holder, dark energy was surrounding it.
Both Azazel and Niamh smiled triumphantly and walked towards it. Niamh suspended the dark energy.
"And I stab the devil's son with this incredible red sword" Azazel picked up the sword and unsheathed it. The blade glowed blazing red and Azazel mouthed an 'O'.
"Be fast, Azazel" Niamh's urgent words snapped him back to reality. Just like that, they disappeared out of the secret room.
In front of the devouring room, Damien, the fake Neev, Ned, and the three royals (Ramiel, Vulcan and Jezebel) appeared. Damien was fuming in rage as his red eyes turned a bit darker. He turned to them .
"Who did this?" Ramiel, Jezebel and Vulcan exchanged looks and shook their heads.
"I ask, who did this?!" He asked again, his voice was smoldering with all the restrained murderous rage.
"Oh I ?" A voice came from the hallway. It was Lansel, clad in a glimmering Jade green armour. His dark here messily pinned back in a bun. Blood of the Develdions splashed on his hair, armour and face, giving him a more deadly look. His sea green eyes were as deadly as the knives of night.
Damien's hard gaze raked over the owner of the voice.
"How you dare!"
"How now Demon King. Just a welcome gift" Lansel shrugged his shoulders leisurely, his eyes landed on the fake Neev before locking it back on Damien.
"You dare invade my privacy and you want to live?" Damien asked. Lansel chuckled darkly then frowned.
"Right, what about a duel? Whoever wins owns Queen Niamh" he challenged.
Damien grinned evily. Lansel is no match for him, he can simply end him with a single flick of his sword. Lansel is throwing himself into hell.
"I accept the duel, Lansel" Damien replied.
"My king, I should fight him" Marius chimed in persuasively.
"Step back, Marius" Lansel urged firmly and drew his sword. Marius reluctantly stepped back as commanded. The blade of Lansel's sword glowed green an the energy began surging.
Damien also drew his sword while the rest cleared the space for them and the fight began. The real Niamh was up in the balcony watching the fight while Azazel joined to watch.
"Where were you?" Ramiel asked firmly.
"Where else?" Azazel rolled his eyes.
"Seems the devil's son will win" Azazel added, clapping his hands dramatically. Damien was attacking while Lansel was defending. Lansel only attacked when Damien lost focus. But with the way Damien attacks, there is no hope for Lansel. Damien used his energy and gestured it towards Lansel which sent him flying on the floor. Niamh gasped as Lansel let out a shirt groan.
Azazel saw this and he unsheathed the Red Sword. He was about attacking Damien when Ramiel saw this, he drew out his sword and slit Azazel's throat.
