Chapter 65 - Chapter Sixty Five

~The witch and the second prince~

In the serene corridors of the royal palace, prince Dionysios moved with an unruffled Grace. His demeanor akin to the tranquil lake, undisturbed by ripples of courtly chaos. His words delivered with measured composure, carried a soothing undertone that echoed through the Grand halls, creating an aura of regal tranquility.

He was walking with his knight and shadow guard when Lucretzia appeared.

Dionysios stared calmly say her without saying anything. After her left that day angry, they never had a flowing conversation until when the Queen was poisoned.

Lucretzia took a deep breath. "I'll like to talk to His Highness alone. If you'll excuse us" she told his knight and shadow guard. The duo bowed and left.

"Prince Dionysios, I was too slow to understand what was going on but... I apologise if I made you feel bad" she paused and looked up into his serene ocean blue eyes.

"I got no feelings for prince Lansel. Please believe me" she added, her voice was cracking at the end.

Prince Dionysios moved closer to her, his ocean blue eyes never leaving her purple ones as he stood very close to her.

"You were too slow to understand. Now, did you?" He asked, his voice, expression and demeanor were as calm as ever.

"I will, if you become clear with me. I don't want to think otherwise" Lucretzia replied.

Dionysios breathed out and took her hand.

"What's in your thought? What do you think I want?" He asked.

"I... but..I can't say it" she stuttered, her heart was beating like crazy. His closeness alone is enough to wreak havoc inside her heart.

"You're a witch, you discover things at first glance. Just say it" he squeezed her hands softly, smiling warmly. The way he stares at her made Lucretzia's knees to weaken.

"Do you perhaps...like me? I can't believe it if you do" she asked and said.

"What if I prove it to you then, luscious Lucretzia?" He asked, licking his lower lip. His action only made Lucretzia's heart accelerate even faster.

"Prove...to...me?" She stuttered, blinking innocently.

Dionysios pinned her on the pillar and claimed her lips. Lucretzia gasped into the kiss and she felt his warm tongue entangling with hers. She melted from the feeling. His movement was really slow and calm. He wasn't rushing things, he wanted her to feel every inch of pleasure and the emotions that flows through the kiss. Lucretzia shut her eyes and followed suit. She slowly moved her hand to the back of his neck and pulled him even closer, deepening the kiss. Dionysios smiled inwardly. He loved the way he could easily affect her with just a kiss.

Wrapping his hand around her, his movement intensified. He could hear her heartbeat and the warmness of her body. He knew this was the moment for them, they could both feel it. If he didn't stop now, they'll go to the point of no return and he isn't sure if he could hold back.

He slowly broke apart and hugged her close. Lucretzia's face was red from blushing.

"Now you know what that means?" Dionysios asked as they disentangled from the hug.

Lucretzia looked really alluring. Her cheeks were flushed, her eyes were misty and her lips were darker and wet. The view of her alone ignited fire into Dionysios. He slowly looked away, gritting his teeth. He has to hold back, he really has to.

"I know" Lucretzia's voice came out in a whisper.

"I love you, Lucretzia" Dionysios confessed, stroking her bright red hair. Lucretzia smiled warmly. She knew that was coming.

"I'll be honoured to reciprocate His Highness' feelings" she replied.

"Now you speak like a noble lade when you're not supposed to" Dionysios fingered his hair, looking teasingly displeased. Lucretzia laughed.

"That's not what I want to hear" he said.

"The witch loves the second prince too" Lucretzia said again and Dionysios glared at her, playfully. She's really trying to get on his nerves.

"Really?" He smirked.

"Fine, I love you too"

Prince Dionysios, Lucretzia, Boreas and Cassius appeared in the Calm Region- in front of Neev's house. Cassius, the shadow guard stepped forward and knocked softly on the door. Shortly after, Xerxes opened up.

His face contorted in confusion as he stared at the four of them and then fixed his gaze on prince Dionysios. He instantly recognized him. Xerxes gasped as realization hit him but then, he frowned.

"Are you by any chance, Xerxes?" Dionysios asked.

"Yes, do you have a problem with me?" Xerxes asked rudely.

He knew the royals are the one that took Neev away so, he hated them for that. Dionysios smiled lightly and didn't say anything.

"Don't speak to the prince that way!" Lucretzia snapped.

"Aye, Cinderhell" Xerxes replied, mockingly.

"Enough Xerxes, I'm not here for all those jokes" Dionysios chimed in.

"Is Lady Serephina in?" He asked again. Xerxes glared at him and nodded. He then let them in.

Serephina and Awn-yah ere shocked to the bone to see someone like prince Dionysios in their house. However, Dionysios went straight to the point. He was here to take them to the Moon Realm with the reasons which he haven't stated.

Of course the lowlife family won't agree easily been though he tried so hard to convince them. Still, they proved stubborn and never agreed to come with him to somewhere like the Moon Realm.

If only they knew Niamh is in the Moon Realm...
