"They can't throw me out! They can't just throw me out like that! I didn't do anything wrong!
It was fair game! Vice Principal can't do this to me! I still have eight years to graduate! This is an injustice! That guy is a sore loser! I demand my rights as a student! Where are my rights as a student!?"
"Stop yelling at once Lockhart, you've swindled the chancellor by cheating in your games with him, you've taken over 5,000 gold coins in your pocket, i think you deserve it."
"I deserve it my ass! He's a sore loser! He doesn't know how to play craps poker! I would never cheat in a game!
"Sigh, i saw you with my own eyes and checked that your dice were modified, don't try to justify yourself."
Without waiting for him to continue shouting, Vice Chancellor Mardin opened a portal and solemnly declared," Lockhart, for the past few years you have not taken your studies seriously, you don't stop gambling and drinking any time you have and you have cheated Chancellor Gerhart. I hereby declare that you are permanently expelled from the Ban Ard Wizard Academy."
Finishing speaking, Mardin clapped his hands and the portal swallowed Lockhart without giving him time to speak again.
The vice chancellor turned and gave the other five students behind him a stern look.
Let this be a reminder to you, if you want to continue studying at the academy, you must follow the rules of the academy.
The others said nothing, simply ducking their heads.
The vice chancellor glanced at them again before leaving.
"Sigh, who would think another one of us would leave?"
"You're right, first Igor, now Lockhart.
Next time it will be poor Artaud's turn."
"Eh? I what?"
"Nothing, you go on reflecting on life."
"And now what?"
"Nothing, we go to the next class and that's it."
"Sigh, let's go, lest we're late."
...
"Lockhart was expelled from the academy this morning, but i expected that.
I remember from the video games that after being expelled from the academy, Lockhart would end up as a wandering merchant.
But that's not the important thing, the important thing is that tomorrow we will go to the Oxenfurt academy to have a knowledge exchange, it will be a good opportunity to make connections with the various scholars, if i find someone suitable i could make a breakthrough in my spy worm project, for now i will interact with them and see if there is a suitable partner.
Sigh, if only I could find Idarran, he would be the perfect partner but unless i graduate and can move freely i won't be able to start implementing any of my plans."
Leaving the pen in the inkwell, Viltz closed the journal and walked over to a small pot in which grew a plant whose leaves were full of holes.
Viltz stirred the soil around the plant a bit and pulled out a small green worm that had a small antenna on its head.
"Soon, i will be able to improve you further, and then you will be my perfect killing and spying machine."
Smiling, Viltz put the worm back in its place and sat back down at his desk.
Putting the journal away, he pulled out a beautiful black grimoire decorated with gold.
Opening the grimoire, Viltz opened the first page which showed a detailed drawing of a black colored worm with some sort of antenna on its head.
Underneath the drawing the worm's information was shown in detail along with a drawing of a matrix.
-
Spy worm #1.0.
Method of creation: Draw the altered animal healing matrix with the user's blood mixed with a Jasmine flower and 3 grams of spectrum essence, followed by placing a gray worm pinned by a pin in the center of the matrix, then sprinkling 5 milligrams of copper powder on the worm, followed by infusing it with a tiny electric shock and finally placing three stabilizing rune stones surrounding the matrix.
Abilities: Transmission of sound by radio waves.
Remarks: The optimal distance between transmitter and receiver should not exceed 500 meters, otherwise the radio signal becomes too weak.
On the other half of the page was a drawing of what appeared to be a modern headset made of metal.
-
Radio(Frequency and wavelength conversion device.)#1.0.
Method of creation:...
Skills:Convert radio waves into sound.
Remarks: Radio wave conversion device has room for improvement.
.
Viltz looked away from the first page and looked at the second page, where there was similar content but the color of the worm was now green and on its back were brown stripes.
-
Spy worm #1.1.
Method of creation:...
Abilities: Transmission of information by radio waves.
Interconnection between more than two specimens.
Remarks: Now the worm can convert the sound around it into encrypted information and no longer sends the sound directly. The transmitting worm converts the information into a binary code and sends it to another worm nearby that functions as both receiver and transmitter who forwards it back to another worm nearby until the information reaches the receiving worm.
There is no longer a distance limit, as long as there are enough worms, you can spy anywhere.
There may still be room for improvement.
-
Radio #1.1.
Method of creation:...
Skills:Decrypt the waves transmitted by the receiving worm and convert them into sound.
Remarks: The device still has room for improvement.
After a moment, Viltz wagged his finger and turned to the next pages.
The two pages in front of him were empty, with only a title at the top of each.
On the left page was written: "Magic core."
While on the right page was written: "Elemental Circle".
After looking at the two pages spread out in front of him for a while, Viltz closed the grimoire and sighed.
"It looks like i still have a long time left before i can start working on these two projects, making something small like the spy worm is something relatively simple but to complete those two projects i need a safe place and a lot of test subjects.
It looks like i will have to postpone them for another eight years until i have graduated."
It had been four years since Viltz entered the academy and he still had another eight years to go before he could graduate, at first he thought about using his talent to the fullest and trying to impress the teachers to let him skip a few years but in the end he abandoned the idea, deciding that he will continue to show the level he showed during the first few months, he was now considered the best among his peers but that he was not at the level of an absolute genius.
If he was going to stand out anyway, it was better to stand out just a little more than the others.
Putting the grimoire away with his other books, Viltz made up his mind.
"Good! It's decided, when i graduate, i'll disappear for a while while i develop my future path to the top, and when i've completed my experiments i'll see what to do."
The path to the top that Viltz spoke of was two to be precise.
The first was the magic core.
As he theorized, any source could gather the mana particles flowing through his body into a single point to form a nucleus that could be further developed and purified with a process similar to the cultivation of those novels he read in his past life.
The second way he came up with was to create an elemental circle formed by one of the elemental energies coming from the different dimensions.
According to his theory, one could isolate that elemental energy from the other energies present in the power of chaos to form a circle made of an element such as a fire circle or a water elemental circle.
But in order to develop a power path for either of these two methods, it would take a long time of research and many sacrifices of people who would probably die in the various experiments.
Sighing inwardly, Viltz stopped thinking about the subject and went to the bathroom to shower.
