Sitting inside his room was the young man who received the message of the murdered Jang Sara as he sat on his white sheet bed with his phone that returned to him lying beside him.
His shoes were hurriedly tapping on the dark brown wooden floor as he panicked internally despite being assured by his father that he would handle this matter before leaving in a hurry, which still did not placate Chae Lee-Gyeong whose head was hanging down.
The news of one of his friends being murdered was alarming, but two happening within four hours was a sign and not a good one at that.
"F*ck… F*ck." Were the only words he mumbled frequently as his breathing became chopped up because of his constant shaking.
'There are plenty of other f*cking people who have done worse things so why us- especially me?! I didn't do anything! Those two were the ones who took it too far! F*Ck!!' Lee-Gyeong shook constantly before he attempted to calm himself down first as he controlled his breathing and began reassuring himself.
"Father said t-that he'd t-take care of it… Yeah, let's calm down and stay here, I'm safe here." Lee-Gyeong said to himself as he stood up and let out a dry laugh while walking around the room, before a notification bell came from his phone that made him freeze by the window with the cloudy view of the city as the black curtains had been drawn.
Lee-Gyeong mustered up some courage before he walked over to the phone and picked it up, putting in the PIN code and entering the chat with Jang Sara as he saw another message; "You can't hide from me. I see you."
Mixed emotions of fear and anger arose from Lee-Gyeong as he shakily pressed the call button and put the phone against his ear while nibbling on his thumb's nail.
The phone rang for the first ten seconds before the person on the other end answered.
Silence ensued in the first moments before Lee-Gyeong spoke.
"Who are you?..." He received no reply.
"F*ck, answer me?... Answer me! You motherf*ucker!" There was no reply from the person with Sara's phone as he went silent too.
'Why are they not saying anything?! F*ck, this is messed up! Because of th-' A thought interrupted his inward panic as he spoke again.
"Park Hae-In," A muffled sound came from the silent person at the mention of that name as Lee-Gyeong became certain that this person knew her as he pressed, "How do you know Park Hae-In?... Huh?.... F*ck, answer me. Are you taking revenge or something?! Who are y-" Lee-Gyeong went silent as he drew up a name.
'Could it be him?... Yes, it has to be because why would he react to that name.' Lee-Gyeong became incredibly certain as he said the name of the caller.
"Park Jae-Min?" He said, immediately receiving a beeping sound as the call had been cut.

At the police station.
Running up the steps in urgency while carrying a large light brown envelope with the results of the blood sample at the crime scene of the murdered Cha Kyung-Jun was Jae-Sik as he entered the office, drawing all the attention of everyone inside.
He closed the door and caught his breath, before raising the large envelope and walking over to Kang In-Hyuk.
"The blood sample at the scene got a match with someone in our database." He said, handing the file over to Kang In-Hyuk as he opened it and took out the test results, scanning the corresponding match of 99.99%.
His eyes stopped at the name written at the bottom, mumbling it; "Park Jae-Min."
In just an hour after that, it was discovered that the suspected killer, Park Jae-Min, had a daughter, Park Hae-In, who had passed away 3 years ago from overdosing, where three people had been involved in that case.
Their names were Cha Kyung-Jun, Jang Sara, and Chae Lee-Gyeong.
