Chapter 2 - Old origins

A memory fades into Jacob's mind.

Terence: Friend, do you remember me? It's me, your best friend, Terence. I haven't seen you in so long. I feel that you're close . Dear friend, if you can hear me?

Entity: ☹︎☜︎❄︎ 💣︎☜︎ ☟︎☜︎☹︎🏱︎ ✡︎⚐︎🕆︎ ☼︎☜︎💣︎☜︎💣︎👌︎☜︎☼︎ 🕈︎☟︎⚐︎ ✡︎⚐︎🕆︎ ✌︎☼︎☜︎ ☹︎☜︎❄︎💧︎ ❄︎✌︎😐︎☜︎ ✡︎⚐︎🕆︎

Birds chirping and flowers blooming fill the air. Jacob wakes up and looks around. From a distance, he hears a faint voice:

Terence: Hey Jacob, get up! You're always sleeping, huh? Seriously, for once, you can not sleep. It would do you some good to do more.

Jacob: Yeah, yeah, whatever. So what's the plan? What made you wake me up from my oh-so-great slumber?

Terence: We may not be real blood brothers, but I'm still your friend, so I came to warn you: the inspector is here.

Jacob takes a while to respond.

Jacob: Who again?

Terence: The inspector! Get up now and clean your room before he catches you, and you're on chore duty!

Jacob: Yeah, yeah, I'll be there in a bit. Remember, I almost always get chore duty.

Terence: That's because you're annoying, obnoxious, and mean.

Jacob: Ehh, I do what I can, you know.

Terence: Alright, funny man. What do I need to pry you off your rock for you to get up?

Jacob: Maybe if you hit me once with any of your attacks.

Terence throws a stick at Jacob.

Terence: Oh my, did I beat you with a stick? It must be embarrassing.

Jacob: Get back here. I'm going to hit you twice as hard with this stick, damnit!

Terence: Yeah, if you can catch me, bozo. See you!

Jacob and Terence chase each other around the orphanage.

Jacob: You know what, I'm not even upset anymore. I'm just in awe. Congratulations. You got me to move forward to the orphanage. How kind of you.

Terence: You fell for my trick. You also dropped your snacks, so guess what?

Jacob: What?

Terence: I hid them in your room. He he he he. Now you're going to need to clean to find them.

Jacob: Why are you like this?

Terence: Why are you always so lazy? The only thing in your vocabulary is sleep and more sleep since that's nearly the only thing you can do.

Jacob: One day, Terence, I'll get you back. I hope you know that.

Terence: That's the spirit!

A black void takes over the world.

The void begins to disappear.

Jacob: I cleaned my whole room. Now, where are my snacks? I CAN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE. I SEARCHED TOP TO BOTTOM!

Terence: Oh, your snacks? I had them the whole time.

Terence pulls up a bag of Lays chips.

Jacob: … GIVE THOSE BACK!

Jacob and Terence wrestle in the middle of the hallway.

Inspector: Ahem.

Terence stands at attention. Jacob grabs the Lays from Terence's hand and then walks off.

Inspector: Your friend is still the same?

Terence: Yeah. I think he needs to learn what work for change is.

Inspector: Oh well, I guess he's him. We can't change that, can we?

Terence: I guess we can't, huh? Oh well, I suppose.

Inspector: Talk to him. You're okay and dismissed.

Terence: Yes, inspector!

Terence walks off to Jacob's room. Opening the door, he witnesses Jacob training with his sword and shield.

Terence: Oh wow, I wish I had that kind of power. You're unique, Jacob!

Jacob: What? Everyone sees me as some kind of freak for having such things. Well, at least I can always count on you.

Terence: Guess what? The inspector is pleased. You cleaned your room for once.

Jacob: Well, I mean, just don't open the closet.

Terence: Why not?

The inspector walks in.

Inspector: Huh, Jacob. You have a clean room, beds, good floors, and even the desk is good. What a surprise. Now, all I need to do is check the closet...

Jacob: WAIT NO!

He opens the closet and is flooded with clothes and books.

Inspector: Never mind. He says weakly. At least you tried, Jacob.

 (Asgore actual genocide)2

Suddenly, a loud crash echoes through the air. Cars screech to a halt, and flames engulf the surrounding buildings. A thunderous bang reverberates from the front door as armed men wielding enchanted rifles swarm the building and Jacob's room.

"Soldier One: Secure the project!"

"Soldier Two: Yes, sir!"

"Inspector: We must go."

The inspector seizes Terence and Jacob's hands, dragging them toward a hidden underground passage. As they descend, the sounds of screams and gunshots intensify.

"Soldier One: DAMN IT, HE'S HERE! CONCENTRATE ALL FIRE ON THE ENEMY TARGET!"

A cacophony of gunfire erupts, drowning out all other sounds. Jacob is pulled through the inferno that engulfs the building. Explosions rock the air and the ground trembles beneath their feet.

Suddenly, an eerie silence descends. No one speaks, no one moves. It is as if nothing ever happened.

But then, a figure emerges from the shadows.

"Dr. Howard: I've found you, Project C. Now all I need is that damned soul, and I can control the entire all verse. So hand it over!"

The inspector steps forward, defiantly facing Dr. Howard.

"Inspector: You're not taking anything, Howard. You will leave this universe alone."

Dr. Howard sneers. "And what do you plan to do to stop me?"

"My power," the inspector replies.

With a surge of energy, the inspector summons hands of every color imaginable. Yellow hands hurl fireballs, blue hands form impenetrable shields, green hands unleash devastating explosions, purple hands conjure objects from thin air, and orange hands enable teleportation.

Dr. Howard scoffs. "Pathetic."

With a wave of his hand, Dr. Howard freezes the inspector.

"You know, Inspector," he says, "I never thought you'd develop feelings for anything in any universe. I don't know what these kids have done for you, but their soul is powerful."

Dr. Howard turns to Terence. "Are you Project C?"

Jacob's eyes blaze with fury. A red blade materializes in his hand, no smaller than a kitchen knife.

"Howard!" he snarls.

Dr. Howard releases Terence, his eyes widening in surprise.

"It's you," he murmurs.

"It doesn't matter whether you're a Teen," Dr. Howard says coldly. "I'm still going to take that soul from you."

Terence stands tall, his determination unwavering. He summons countless mirrors of pure light and then leaps into the air, focusing the sun's power onto Dr. Howard. Simultaneously, he conjures a shield to protect Jacob.

"All my life, I've always wanted to live in peace," Terence declares. "But for some reason, people like you always have to interfere. And I'm tired of it!"

The laser beam intensifies, melting everything in its path. Dr. Howard struggles to resist its immense power, but he is slowly being pushed back.

Terence pours more and more energy into the attack. The laser bores through the planet, creating a massive crater visible from space. The very fabric of reality is beginning to tear apart.

Terence screams in exertion, his body glowing with raw power. The laser beam reaches its peak, and then...

It cuts out.

Terence collapses to the ground, his strength spent. Dr. Howard emerges from the smoke unscathed.

"He he he he he," he laughs. "You thought you could kill me? I am far beyond your comprehension."

Dr. Howard's hand morphs into a sword. "And now, you die."

But before he can strike, a wormhole opens up beneath Jacob. He is sucked into its swirling vortex, and in an instant, he is gone.

Dr. Howard watches as the wormhole closes. "Remember, Project C," he says, "if you try the same thing, you will suffer the same fate."

He turns and walks away, leaving Terence's lifeless body behind.

Jacob is hurled through the wormhole, landing in a dense forest. He is disoriented and confused, but he is alive.

"I'll find you one day, Terence. Hold on, I won't forget. And I have yet to forget."

Imrage appears

Imrage: "Oh wow, you left that Alexander guy down to his last thought, huh?"

Jacob: "He was annoying, to say the least."

Imrage: "Well, I don't wanna be on the bad side of your angry mind."

Jacob: "Okay, now that one was just bad. But Imrage, I think I have one more person to recruit."

Imrage: "Really? And how is that? I can't wait to meet and add them to our team!"

Jacob: "He's a forgotten close friend. I need to look for him. He saved me, so I must return the favor."

Imrage: "Oh, so mending minds together."

Jacob: "Imrage, PLEASE LET ME BE SANE."

Imrage: "Well, you know how it is. So are you going to bring anyone to the recruitment?"

Jacob: "Soon, I plan on it."

Imrage: "What do we do with Alexander?"

Jacob: "Leave him there. I'm sure he will be back up soon. Also, take care of him meanwhile. I'll head out now."

Imrage: "Alright then, I'll see you, pal."

Jacob heads through a portal.

Jacob: "I can sense his presence here. Surely, I can find him somewhere around here."

Unknown: "STOP THERE!"

Jacob: "Wait, I'm here looking for someone!"

A ball of light summons Jacob, exploding. The unknown figure steps out from behind a tree.

Jacob: "Long time no see, friend."

Terence: "It's been a long time, no see. So, what exactly is up now? Why have you come here?"

Jacob: "I know it's been quite a while, but I need your help."

Terence: "After you left me, you think I'd help you?"

Jacob: "Yeah, listen, it's not my fault. I was somehow consumed by something that refused to let me check on you."

Terence: "So it's been so long, and you don't want to catch up just to fight?"

Jacob: "No, it's not that. I wouldn't be asking you if it wasn't for Dr. Howard."

Terence: "Is that the only reason you came, not to look for me?"

Jacob: "No, I didn't even remember you. Something had wiped my mind. Understanding this?"

Terence: "Well, I guess I can't complain. I don't remember you that much as well."

Jacob: "Wow, you yelled at me for no reason."

Terence: "Yeah?"

Jacob: "..."

"Well, you haven't changed at all. It's good to see you again. Let's take you to the team. You'll love to meet them."

Terence: "Great. Am I going to meet your creepy friends?"

Jacob: "I wish you were wrong. One's a swordsman, the other's a pyromaniac who's probably on something, and then we got a megalomaniac. Their names are Oscar, Paradoxical, and Alexander. And they aren't the best team, but it's all we got. We also have two people from different worlds as well. One is named Imrage, and the other is Chandra. However, one of them is... estranged. And Imrage is a pretty chill dude."

Terence: "I wanna fight the megalomaniac. I can't stand people whose sole purpose is power."

Jacob: "Well, you might have to wait because he's weakened. I fought him, and I'm pretty sure he's still under the effects of the fight."

Terence: "Give me some time; I promise I won't let up on him."

Jacob: "If you say so, man. He's quite powerful. He almost got me to my final form. I think he got me to my third. Remember, I have seven."

Terence: "Man, if this were an anime or book, you'd have too much plot armor."

Jacob: "But it's still not enough to find Dr. Howard and end his miserable life."

Terence: "That's why you need a team, right?"

Jacob: "Precisely. So, Terence, you will join, right?"

Terence: "Of course I will. I've been waiting for the day I

Get to see Howard again after what he did to the inspector. *They arrive in the all-verse.* Terence: Oh, you were right; that looks like Imrage. That's Chandra. The rest are umm... Dobster, Guy on Crack, and Super Swords. What wonders, am I right, Jacob?

Jacob: Ehh, yeah, sure.

Alexander: Wow, you left me for this dunce? You do realize you just left me in the forest destroyed, right?

Jacob: (Looks down upon Alexander) Ever try anything again or try to kill my friend, and next time, I'll assure you you're pure death. (His stare stops) Unless Terence starts it, of course.

Terence: Alexander, I want to fight. Did you know that I can control the sun? I could just put you down quickly.

Jacob: Try not to get cocky.

(Alexander stands back up)

Alexander: Continue to talk that way, and I'll put you under.

Terence: Yeah, whatever you say. If you lost to Jacob, you most likely lost to me.

Jacob: Alright, you two, well, we heard of anomalies sent to different universes to try and take them out. Our job is to wipe out those anomalies, and then after we kill them all, we finally reach Dr. Howard. So the teams are Oscar and Imrage, Jacob and Chandra, Terence and Alexander. Are we all clear?

Imrage: I hope you've got a real sense of humor.

Oscar: I have the mind to do it.

(Both chuckle together)

Jacob: Well, I guess you're with me, Chandra. Though please try not to kill me.

Chandra: Of course, why would I kill my ally? There are not many reasons for doing such things.

Jacob: Paradox stays; we can't necessarily trust him because of that one time he almost used a nuclear arm against a Monopoly board game he lost. The writer knows what he's capable of.

Alexander: No, I'll take him with us. I don't want to be with Terence.

Terence: Yes, we can take an extra person, you know, so we don't fight because I want to punch this guy Haymaker hard right now.

Jacob: There is no time. All these threats must be executed; though we are small, it's our job. But remember, these are universal threats, all versal puppets to Dr. Howard. So be; they are more capable than you think.

(Terence steps up)

Terence: This is nothing I can't handle!

Alexander: WHY AM I WITH HIMMMMM?

(He whines)

Jacob: That's what i jlk

"said. Plus, you're an already grown person. Act like one.

Imrage: Alright, everyone. You've each been granted a teleportation device that Paradox helped me make. It can be either a nuclear tsar bomb or a pretty decent teleporter. It's up to you to decide.

Oscar: We'll go first. If we explode, well, we'll figure something out then.

Imrage and Oscar click the device and disappear in a flash of light.

Chandra and Jacob follow.

Terence and Alexander argue over who uses the device first.

Paradox: HURRY UP! IT'S GOING TO BOOM!

Alexander and Terence stare at each other momentarily, then start rapidly clicking the button as the countdown goes down. It works, and they are teleported away.

Terence: Where are we now?

Alexander: I don't know.

Terence: It's a friendly city, though.

A figure appears behind Terence and attaches him to strings.

Unknown attacker: I don't know who you are, but you can leave now. We don't want intruders. My name's Amy, and securing this place is my job.

Alexander walks forward.

*amy lets out a small white string attaching to terence collapsing him*

Amy: Continue to walk forward, and I'll kill your friend.

Alexander: Go ahead. I don't care for him.

Amy: Then I'll use him to kill you. I don't know what he can do, but he is powerful.

Suddenly, a light begins to form in Terence's hand. It grows brighter and brighter, almost as bright as the sun. He aims the light at Alexander, and a laser the size of a redwood tree fires, knocking Alexander to the ground.

Alexander: It's so simple to stop you. You are weak because I only need to hit you; your hold will prevent it.

Amy: Yeah, if you can.

Alexander dashes behind her.

Alexander: If I fight him, it will be him, not someone else.

Alexander hits her in the head, and she lets go and runs off.

Alexander: Terence, get up!

Terence wakes up.

Terence: Man, what happened?

Alexander: You lost to a girl!

Terence: Yeah, but I wasn't paying attention.

All of a sudden, Jacob appears in the fog.

Jacob: Hey there, friends!

Terence: I thought you weren't coming with us?

Jacob: So, what are we here for again?

Terence: Remember Jacob, the Howard sub-threat?

Jacob: Oh yeah, right. Well, we need to find this threat now. Let's go, team!

Terence: Jacob's acting strange. He had, I think, one too many chip bags.

Alexander: I don't even think or know if that's Jacob. I'm going to be completely honest.

Jacob: Oh wow, well, we're here now, so friends, I hate to say, but you're trapped here. I'm a mimic. I mimic things and their powers to a point, even the person's speech to a degree. I'm surprised you fell for it so quickly. So, I will transform myself, and let's experience Project-C's power! LET'S SEE IF YOU SURVIVE!

Jacob loses his color and now seems like a colorless being. He begins to charge the two teams. Alexander jumps up in the air, summoning his sword and slamming it down on Jacob, but it has no effect. Jacob laughs and punches Alexander away.

Terence: It seems he's no match for the honest Jacob, but he will still be a pain in the neck.

Alexander charges Jacob but is slashed by Jacob's sword.

Terence: Stupid! I didn't mean he had the brain capacity of a five-year-old! He still knows what he's doing.

Alexander: It's annoying, I'll say that much.

Jacob charges at Terence. Terence summons a blade of light and stabs the mimic in the chest. He then flails it around, and the mimic drops to the floor lifeless.

Terence: Wow, that was... pointless. It was so weak. I can't believe the mimic expected to win against us. That was way too easy.

Alexander: Wow, he just died like that? Even I would survive that. That was lame.

The mimic gets back up.

False Jacob: You didn't think that would kill me, right? Common, I'm Jacob, the second-most powerful person in the whole verse. I can take peasants like you on.

False Jacob charges Alexander and Terence, kicking Alexander and sending Terence into the ground. He then uses his powers against them, firing a laser of pure light that nearly disintegrates everything around him. He then summons 300 flame swords and shoots them at Alexander.

Each move and attack hit the two. It seems as if they got cocky.

False Jacob: Remember who I am. I'm Jacob, the actual world leader. Dr. Howard never sees us for what we are and what we can do since the rest are somehow stronger. But by killing both of you, we will prove Howard wrong, making me an essential leader to his new world, or better said, the universe, getting rid of bugs like you who want to ruin it. I'm also nearly equal to Jacob. If he beats you, Alexander, I'll still win even if you two v1 me. Now, how about I send you to die in a ditch?

Jacob begins to ready his charge as he powers up his sword. He charges the two team members.

Terence and Alexander agree to ignore their differences and begin to fight back. Terence's light power throws Jacob while Alexander slashes at False Jacob, each more potent than the last as he remembers how many times he lost to Jacob.

Alexander: I hate you.

Terence begins to charge up a laser beam. He flies up to the sun, and the closer he gets, the more he glows. Alexander prepares to summon his sword of pure sun power.

Alexander: Jacob, I promised my friend something and would never lose to anything else anymore. So you'll be the one to die. Does that not suck? Listen, I can fail Jacob, but if there is something I assure myself, it is that I won't lose to an even lesser version!

Terence fires his sun ray at Alexander's sword, shining it brighter and making it grow more prominent as he stands over him, pointing it at False Jacob.

Terence: If you think you will kill me before I defeat the honest Jacob, you are sadly mistaken.

Terence begins to summon multiple swords made of light. They grow to 100, then 200, then 500, then to 1000.

Terence: I hate to say this, but it's about time you ended up dead, like Oscar said. Who is there to get better than if we are all over, and you are the start of that mission!

But then False Jacob jumps up.

False Jacob: Did you think I'd stay there like some kind of dog?!

Alexander is sent flying back by the fake Jacob's shield, landing in a crater nearby. Terence stops absorbing the sun's energy and rushes to Alexander's side.

Terence: Alexander, are you okay?

Alexander: Get off of me. I'm capable of doing things. I'm going to kill that fake Jacob!

The fake Jacob jumps up and throws red swords and knives at Terence and Alexander. The blades cut up Terence, but Alexander tanks all the hits and walks back up. He charges at the fake Jacob and slaps him around, kicking him back and forth into the sky and the ground. He then burrows underground.

In the ground the fake Jacob stabs the ground, causing it to glow red. Thousands of swords and knives pierce the ground, but it's too late. Alexander jumps out of the earth and holds his sword, now engulfed in flames, straight at the fake Jacob.

Alexander swings his sword, cutting off the fake Jacob's arm and deforming his sword.

False Jacob: Oh, I'm not done yet. Our goal is to kill you to create a perfect world. Our job is to be in it; dying now would be pointless. Even if it's just one arm, I can still do some good.

The fake Jacob begins to fall to his knees and starts to cry.

False Jacob: I-i-i can't just die yet. All my creator ever wanted was a perfect world where no one would suffer. What all this is for is not simply because he's tired of the torture creation and creativity causes. You can help us please to a world where everyone remains happy. Everyone is in sweet sameness. Understand that if you join us, you can help not just fix the world but the whole verse itself with the power of Dr. Howard; he can create any perfect world. So will you join us?

Alexander slashes at the kneeling false Jacob.

False Jacob: Your fault!

Suddenly, the world transforms into one of Alexander's memories: his mother kneeling before him.

False Jacob: So, friend, I can't believe you thought you'd win against me. Well, since you insist on perseverance, I, too, will need to continue.

The fake Jacob attacks Alexander's mother, turning her to dust before his eyes.

Alexander: I-I can't believe you'd do that. I'll kill you!

Alexander: Mother, can you hear me? It's me, Alexander. Please don't go... False Jacob, I will kill you!

(wait for drop)

Alexander charged False Jacob at max speed, nearly destroying him. He threw him into the sky and continued to punch him so far that they reached out of space. Even Terence was shocked by this massive display of power. He had never seen Alexander like this before.

Alexander grabbed a sword and stabbed it straight through False Jacob, sending him flying back down to the planet at hyper speeds. It took less than 10 seconds for him to reach the bottom. He crashed hard.

Alexander: You may be more powerful than me, but remember something: even suggesting my family's death is something I won't even let you think about. Remember this, False Jacob, no one will ever join your cause.

Alexander's sword grew large, and he slammed it down on False Jacob, but it was caught. A light could be seen in the mimic's eyes.

False Jacob: You may persevere, but I am stronger. I can't lose.

His hand melted with the sword. He charged Alexander and began to throw him around, up and down, left and right, all over the place. He then called upon a universal power: three Dark Orbs powered by ki to begin shooting out.

False Jacob: I can't lose like I did before. I refuse to!

Alexander was sent flying into the air. This time, False Jacob kicked him around, going through him over and over again, crying. Alexander's armor began to form blood as it flew from him. False Jacob seemed to take the joy out of this. Terence had had enough.

The sun began to fray again and hit False Jacob, melting his leg, but he continued his attack on Alexander. He bashed him with the shield over and over again. Terence began to summon a light. It focused all on False Jacob, and then it killed him finally, sending him down to his knees. But it refused to die.

Alexander: Jesus, how much can this bastard take?

Terence: Just kill him.

The world began to shift into a dimension of pure gray.

False Jacob: Here, I control everything. This is the power of Dr. Howard!

Pillars began to rise, kicking everyone around. He summoned them to kick Alexander and push him to another post, vertically kicking them into another post like a ping-pong machine. Terence was trying to use the sun's power, but the mimic disappeared from reality.

False Jacob: Ah ah ah! Not so quick there, my friend. See, here I can't do everything. I can't create physical beings, but can manifest objects, shapes, and such. So you have no power here. You're in my playground, and it's now ridding you of energy! *he summons a pillar and begins to shoot them at the duo, but it begins to shatter along with the universe he summoned*

But then he fell to his knees.

( phase 8

False Jacob: But I can't win. Why is that? Why can't I win? I've tried so hard, but no matter what I try or what power I have, you refuse to let me win for some reason. But why?

Like I said, we can eliminate the emotion you call sadness. We can create a world where your loved ones never die, where rain does not fall. But still, you fight back. You want to experience something like this, but why?

Why can't we make a world where you lose no one? But you continue your fight despite all my attempts at convincing you two. You still get infinite power, but you refuse it. Huh? I can't save them all. But I need to try. If the world Howard promised me is genuinely coming, I'll fight. I have to. I'm still going. I promise. I just need a little more.

Dr. Howard, please. Please give me one more chance. I just need to fight one more time. I just know I can bring them back. Please, Dr. Howard, have faith. I need more power. Please, just one more push. Just one last stand.

Remember, Dr. Howard, the beauty of our old world and ours. This is what we fight for. We need this. It's what we fought for.

False Jacob: I just need one last stand.

False Jacob: So, this is it.

The world begins to change again, summoned by Dr. Howard on an entire planet where time flows differently. False Jacob starts running around at super speeds, switching the direction of the wind to help him move faster. He smacks Alexander in the face, teleports, and grabs Alexander by the leg, throwing him at Terence and making him fall. He then summons fire and begins throwing it around. The fire is so intense that it burns even Terence and Alexander while not even being near them. The fire moves in a circle and then throws it at them, burning them each. But Alexander is a master of fire, so he stops them and takes control. False Jacob looks on in surprise.

Alexander: I'm not done yet. Do you think that will break me? You may be able to own the universe, but you don't have any determination. You've overstepped your power, False Jacob. We know you are starting to die. The more you use your passion, the more you fall.

False Jacob: Let's just have one battle then, shall we?

He teleports behind Alexander, grabbing his shield and pushing him in the air vertically. He then sends him down with the power of gravity, full force at his shield, nearly breaking Alexander's back.

Alexander flips in the air, landing on his feet and skidding back. He draws his sword and charges at False Jacob.

False Jacob meets him head-on, his shield drawn. They clash shields and swords, rattling loudly. They trade blows, each one faster and more powerful than the last.

Alexander ducks under a swing from False Jacob and counters with a thrust. False Jacob parries and kicks Alexander in the chest, sending him backward.

Alexander lands on his feet and rolls to a stop. He looks up and sees False Jacob charging at him again.

Alexander raises his sword and prepares for the impact.

The two items collide, sending a shockwave through the air. Alexander and False Jacob press against each other, their strength evenly matched.

False Jacob grins and leans in closer.

False Jacob: You're weaker than I thought.

Alexander smiles back.

Alexander: We'll see about that.

He pushes False Jacob back and then disappears in a flash of light.

False Jacob looks around, confused. He needs to find out where Alexander has gone.

Suddenly, Alexander appears behind him and swings his sword.

False Jacob turns around to block the blow with his shield. The two weapons clash again.

Alexander and False Jacob continue to fight, moving at incredible speeds. They trade blows, each one more powerful than the last.

The ground around them is torn up from the force of their battle. The air is filled with the sound of crashing.

Finally, Alexander finds an opening. He thrusts his sword into False Jacob's shield.

False Jacob cries out in pain and falls to his knees.

Alexander stands over him, his sword raised.

Alexander: It's over, False Jacob.

False Jacob looks up at him with hatred in his eyes.

(Maybe Mercy disb peed papyrus)

False Jacob: You'll never win. Dr Howard will help us *he begins to tear up* I promise he won't stop until the sadness is gone. One day, you will realize the mistake you are making.

False Jacob's body began to glow red, and a nuclear-sized explosion erupted, engulfing the battlefield. The two, however, were shielded from the blast by Alexander.

False Jacob: "No, I can't give up yet. I know I may seem too powerful, but I refuse to die. I just need one more turn. I just need to kill you."

He began to stroll towards the two, throwing his shield at them. They dodged it quickly, as it was too slow to hit anyone. Anyone could have easily caught it, but False Jacob continued. He summoned 50 revolvers, each firing a bullet. But the shots were too weak, and the guns began to dissolve one by one.

Despite this, False Jacob refused to die. He continued to walk towards the two, then used his shield to fly over to them at high speed, summoning knives out of the wind. Suddenly, the two were hit by blades and pinned to the ground. False Jacob began to cough and spit blood.

"I never said I'd give up so easily," he said. "Die! I want to win! Dr. Howard promised me everything, and no one like you is taking that away!"

He began summoning more knives, each duller and less sharp than the last. He fired them off, sending them flying at the two. They are then hit and pinned by the knife, each stabbing, but to no avail. They do nothing, then false Jacob coughs and falls to his knees.

"I'm sorry I couldn't win, Dr. Howard," he said. "I-I-I tried."

His heart snapped in half and shattered.

Alexander lowers his sword.

He turns and walks away.

As Alexander walks away, he sees Terence run towards him.

Terence: Are you okay?

Alexander: I'm fine.

Terence: What do we do now?

Alexander: We go back to the all-verse
