I open my eyes, breathing heavily. "Hey, are you okay?" Alex asked worried
"Ma'am, can you put your phone on silent?" I asked keeping my voice down
"Ah, okay…?" She find it weird but does it anyway, as she reach for her phone in her pocket it was too late and it rang.
I see… so turning down her phone is already too late. I stand up "We have no other choice, escaping is not a choice." I said
"Siah! What are you doing?" Alex asked
"Ready your weapons, ma'am take this fire extinguisher. When they get in, fire at them okay? Alex, aim for the head" I said pointing at my head
"What? Are we really fighting them? They are more than 30 of them! This is a plain suicide!" He shouted in panic
"And what do you want? Escape through where exactly? The whole building is filled with zombies. We have nothing to go, and even if we did manage to escape the building. What do we do next? The whole campus is in chaos we have no other choice" I said determined
Alex scratches his head, "Ah fck it!" He shouted
"Are you ready ma'am?" I asked her she nodded
The tension was thick in the air as we braced ourselves for the impending onslaught. The sound of the zombies pounding on the door grew louder and louder, echoing through the hallway.
As the door finally burst open, I stab the metal pipe with all my might, aiming for the eye of the first zombie that stumbled in. Alex followed suit, wielding a baseball bat as his weapon of choice.
The teacher, armed with the fire extinguisher, sprayed a cloud of white foam directly at the approaching zombies, temporarily blinding and slowing them down. It bought us a few precious moments to strike.
We fought with everything we had, adrenaline pumping through our veins as we swung, jabbed, and sprayed at the zombies. It was a chaotic and terrifying scene, but we were determined to survive.
Despite the odds stacked against us, we managed to take down a few of the zombies. But they kept coming, relentless in their pursuit of us. Our weapons were crude, but they were all we had.
In the midst of the chaos, I caught a glimpse of hope in Alex's eyes. He was fighting fiercely, his determination matching mine. The teacher, although scared, held her ground and continued to spray foam whenever she could.
But then, just when we thought we might have a chance, more zombies poured in from different directions. Our backs were against the wall, literally and figuratively.
"Keep fighting! We can't give up now!" I shouted, trying to rally our spirits. But deep down, I knew our chances were slim.
As the horde closed in on us, I braced myself for what seemed like an inevitable end. The last thing I saw was Alex swinging his makeshift weapon, his face a mix of fear and determination.
And then... darkness.
…
I opened my eyes, "Hey Siah, are you gonna act scared now?" Alex said ready to face the zombies
"So it was a right choice" I figured it out, if I made a wrong choice I will rewind in time to fix it. But seeing that I came back in time where we are gonna fight the zombies. It looks like it was the right choice.
I smiled, "I ain't gonna back down now!" I shouted smiling The determination surged through me as I stood up, ready to face whatever came our way. The sound of approaching footsteps grew louder, signaling the zombies were closing in on us.
Alex took a defensive stance, his eyes focused and his grip firm on his makeshift weapon. The teacher held the fire extinguisher tightly, her expression a mix of fear and resolve.
As the first wave of zombies burst into the room, we sprang into action. Alex swung his weapon with precision, striking down the zombies one by one. The teacher aimed the fire extinguisher, spraying foam at their faces to temporarily blind and disorient them.
I joined the fray, using the metal pipe to jab and strike at the zombies, aiming for their heads whenever possible. It was a chaotic dance of survival, each of us fighting for our lives with everything we had.
The adrenaline fueled my movements, and for a moment, I felt invincible. We managed to take down a significant number of zombies, creating a small breathing room amidst the chaos.
But the battle was far from over. More zombies poured in, their relentless advance pushing us back. We fought with every ounce of strength and determination we had left, refusing to give up.
As the tide of zombies seemed to overwhelm us, I felt a surge of hope. We were still standing, still fighting. Maybe, just maybe, we could make it out of this alive.
With renewed vigor, we continued to push back against the horde, our weapons striking true and our resolve unwavering. Together, we stood strong against the darkness closing in around us.
…
"Hey Siah, are you gonna act scared now?" Alex said ready to face the zombies, this again…
"Fck it! Let's go!" I shouted ready to face the zombies. We lost… again, I return in time… Again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and again…
I swung my weapon tirelessly, the repetitive motion becoming a blur as I fought wave after wave of zombies. The adrenaline coursing through my veins kept me going, pushing me to keep fighting despite the exhaustion creeping in.
Beside me, Alex fought with equal determination, his shouts of defiance echoing in the chaos. The teacher, though scared, held her ground, unleashing bursts of foam from the fire extinguisher with each zombie that approached.
The battle seemed never-ending, a relentless onslaught of undead bodies clawing and biting, driven by an insatiable hunger. But we didn't falter. We couldn't afford to.
The room was filled with the sounds of struggle—grunts, screams, and the sickening squelch of metal meeting flesh. We fought as if our lives depended on it, because they did.
Time blurred together, moments stretching and compressing into a whirlwind of combat. The line between victory and defeat seemed thin, but we refused to give up.
With each swing of my weapon, I reminded myself of why we were fighting. For survival. For each other. For the hope that maybe, just maybe, we could make it out of this nightmare alive.
The fight raged on, our spirits unbroken despite the overwhelming odds. We were warriors in a battle for our lives, and we would keep fighting until the very end.
I faced them… for I don't know how long…
…
"Hey Siah, are you gonna act scared now?" Alex said ready to face the zombies
I gasped for air, my heart pounding in my chest. It was happening again. The same scene played out before my eyes, a cruel reminder of the loop I was trapped in. Alex and the teacher, once again, faced the horde of zombies, their faces filled with determination and fear.
I clenched my fists, frustration and despair bubbling up inside me. How many times had I been through this? How many times had I seen them get eaten alive, felt the pain of being torn apart by those monsters?
As the chaos unfolded, I couldn't help but feel a sense of hopelessness creeping in. No matter how hard I fought, no matter how many times I tried to change the outcome, it always ended the same way. Death and destruction surrounded us, a never-ending cycle of horror.
I watched as Alex swung his weapon, trying to hold back the zombies. The teacher, wielding the fire extinguisher, tried to fend off the attackers. But it was futile, we were outnumbered and overwhelmed.
"Stop!" I screamed, the desperation clear in my voice. "Stop fighting, it's no use!"
But they couldn't hear me over the sounds of chaos and battle. I felt tears welling up in my eyes, a mixture of sorrow and anger. I was tired, so tired of reliving this nightmare over and over again.
The zombies closed in, their hungry moans filling the air. I closed my eyes, bracing myself for the inevitable. The pain of being eaten alive washed over me once again, a cruel punishment in this endless loop of death.
And then, darkness enveloped me as I was consumed by the relentless horde. The cycle repeated, and I found myself back where it all began, ready to face the horrors once more.
