Lilith blinked her eyelashes a few times as she tried to comprehend if she had correctly heard the statement of Dracula.
"What did you just say to me?" Lilith seethed, her chest heaving with indignation.
Dracula smiled warmly, his lips curving towards the side as he intensely gazed at Lilith. "Why don't you spend the night here? Besides you are look so pale." He stated, rephrasing his previous statement.
Lilith raised her hands towards her scalp as she began to scratch her hair while pondering on how she could hold in the rage that was burning within her.
A minute later, she withdrew her hand from her hair, taking in a deep breath as she immediately began to make her way towards the stairs.
"Little mortal," Dracula called out for Lilith but she feigned ignorance.
She had ignored him because she didn't want to lose control.
