All of a sudden, the truck came to a halt.
'Gasp!'
Everyone present was all surprised by what had happened before their eyes.
Laura who had expected the truck to hit her began to fluster her eyelashes and her feet which were once rooted to the ground suddenly began to move on their own accord.
'This is weird.' Laura pondered as she quickly rushed towards the truck, intending to greet the person who had saved her life.
To her surprise, the truck was empty. 'What the hell is going on?' She once more questioned herself but was too scared to reply her own question.
With a heavy sigh escaping the lips of Laura, she turned around to see Phil and Lilith, sprinting towards her.
As Lilith closed the distance between the both of them, she grabbed Laura's hands and pulled her away from the road.
