Dracula stood still, staring at the doctor with an arched brow.
The whole world seems to become silent as the doctor's words echo in the ear of Dracula.
Everything felt like a nightmare for him.
'How could he say he lost Lilith? Someone who was fine just a few minutes ago,' he spat to himself, his expression darkening into a frown as he became enraged at the doctor's pronouncement.
Dracula clenched his hands as he stared at the ceiling while trying to take in a deep breath.
After some seconds, he slowly stares at the doctor. "Those words you said earlier, were they directed at me?" Dracula inquired, wanting to confirm that the doctor's pronouncement was indeed meant for him.
Slowly, the doctor nods. "I'm so so…"
