As someone who grew up in a peaceful environment, Andy was still hesitant to play with his life like that.
Especially, Andy had already died once.
This made Andy cherish his life even more.
Andy sometimes admired those fictional traveller protagonists, who were obviously just ordinary people in their previous lives. Still, once they travelled to another world, they dared to fight others in life-and-death situations.
Andy wouldn't dare.
However, if you think about it, others can directly enhance their strength with their point add-on system and be OP, but Andy's point add-on system can only enhance his talent.
His plug-in is a grade below the others.
"Alas!" Andy sighed.
Being afraid of death was actually a good thing, but being afraid of death to the point of not daring to challenge dangerous enemies was not a good thing.
After all, the magic world was not safe.
'In fact, this kind of thing is something I have to experience sooner or later, now that I can experience a life and death battle, I will be able to face this kind of thing more calmly in the future.'
Andy deliberated in his mind, 'What's more, there is still Dumbledore protecting the castle, the old headmaster's character is still very solid, it's unlikely that he would let his students be in danger, right?'
"Hoo-"
Andy took a long, dry breath!
Moreover, Andy had a premonition that if he really broke through this mental hurdle, then it was very likely that his [Will] attribute would push through to [3] points.
With this calculation, it would be the same as saving three [Potential Points] and more than a month's time.
It seemed like a big profit any way he looked at it!
"What's wrong with you?"
Hermione looked at Andy strangely, "After reading that letter, your face looked a little off, and now you're sighing long and hard."
"I made a decision!" Andy said with a straight face.
"What decision?" Hermione queried.
"I'll tell you later!"
Andy let out a laugh and whispered, "Hermione, cover for me later. I'm going to the Headmaster's office, and I need you to look out in the corridor for me."
"Why are you being secretive when going to the Headmaster's office ..."
Only halfway through her sentence, Hermione suddenly reacted, "Andy, did you find any clues?"
"Hm!" Andy smiled smugly.
Hermione didn't pursue the question, and the two quickly finished their breakfast.
Avoiding the crowd, Andy and Hermione arrived at the seventh floor of the castle.
"You go in!"
Hermione said while taking out her wand and waving it gently.
"Expecto Patronum!"
The otter patronus appeared and spun around in the air before disappearing headfirst into the wall.
"Thanks!" Andy said thanks.
After getting the password from Professor Flitwick, Andy let out a deep breath and calmly walked into the Headmaster's office.
"Good morning, Headmaster Dumbledore!" Andy greeted.
"It's Collins, ah ..."
Dumbledore's aged voice slowly sounded, "I've been wondering when you would come to see me."
Andy was a bit surprised and raised his eyebrows, "You guessed that I would come to you?"
"Sit down!"
Dumbledore asked, "What would you like to drink?"
"Orange juice would be fine, thanks!" Andy said.
A glass of orange juice appeared out of thin air on the desk, and Andy picked it up and took a big sip.
Dumbledore's eyes under his half-moon lenses looked straight at Andy, "Yeah! After meeting Weasley yesterday, I guessed you would come to me."
Andy nodded his head, with some realization in his heart.
What he could think of, Dumbledore could naturally think of as well.
This old man had lived for more than a hundred years and knew the changes in the human heart very well. What's more, this person is still Voldemort - Dumbledore has kept his eyes on him for at least a few decades.
"I received a letter this morning."
Andy confessed, "If I guessed correctly, that letter was sent to me by Voldemort's Horcrux, and he asked me to do a favour for him, and when he leaves Hogwarts, he will send me the materials on magic transfiguration."
Dumbledore seemed a little dismissive, "Voldemort wouldn't share power and immortality with anyone else."
"Of course! That's why I don't trust him." Andy said casually.
Dumbledore looked at Andy, "What about the letter?"
"Uh ..."
Andy was a little embarrassed, "I burned it."
Dumbledore, "..."
Andy hurriedly explained, "Can't help it, got used to it. This kind of secret letter can't be left around, right?"
Dumbledore did not dwell on this matter, he asked, "Then what are you going to do?"
"Lure the snake out of the hole!" Andy said bluntly.
Dumbledore was silent for a moment, looking as if he was mulling over the pros and cons.
In Dumbledore's vision, having Harry take on Voldemort was certainly the best outcome.
This would validate the protective magic that Lily had left on Harry, while at the same time exercising Harry's courage and ability.
Dumbledore believed that it wouldn't be a problem for him to finish off Voldemort if he tried his best, without giving Voldemort a chance to escape.
The problem was how to find Voldemort's Horcruxes.
Dumbledore had been investigating the whereabouts of the Horcruxes, and he knew Voldemort, who was full of rituals and nostalgic at the same time.
His Horcrux is bound to be something very memorable, and then it would have been hidden in some special place by him.
But it wasn't absolute!
So Dumbledore needs Harry.
But Andy ...
Andy is an exceptional young wizard who has talent, ideas, and the ability to work hard for his dreams. More importantly, Andy is smart and perceptive, with a unique ability to analyse things and changes.
If Andy faced off against Voldemort ...
Although Andy has nothing to do with that prophecy, no one has ever said that the person who defeats the evil dragon and saves the princess must be a hero of destiny.
Maybe some nobleman passing by might trample the dragon to death on a whim.
"What did he ask you to do?" Dumbledore asked.
"Kidnap a random person and send them to the Shrieking Shack," Andy said, spreading his hands.
Actually, Voldemort's Horcrux had taken control of a young wizard who could leave Hogwarts at any time.
But he couldn't just leave.
As long as someone is missing in Hogwarts, it would be like directly telling Dumbledore that the Horcrux is in that person's hands.
Even if Voldemort transferred the Horcrux after leaving Hogwarts, it could still be found out through investigation by Dumbledore.
To put it bluntly, the Horcrux is just a dark magic item. If he wanted to hide the item, it is simple. But if he wanted to resurrect himself, then he had to avoid Dumbledore's line of sight.
By kidnapping someone outside the school, Voldemort's Horcrux would be able to directly control the other person and then leave Hogwarts silently.
Dumbledore smiled lightly at his words, "I know Voldemort, he wouldn't let you do this."
"He wants to divert attention and create the illusion that he has left Hogwarts?" Andy said in surprise.
Dumbledore continued, "If Voldemort has controlled a third-year or higher-grade student, then he is perfectly capable of attacking anyone in Hogsmeade and then moving himself out."
Andy slapped his head.
It is true yet!
Dumbledore blinked and continued, "Of course, maybe he doesn't realize it yet."
"But I think he's more interested in finding out what secrets Harry is keeping before he leaves."
