Jose raised his hands and started making hard white sharp icicles and threw it towards Thomas, the icicle stopped mid-air after Jose just threw it. He started making more and started throwing sharp thin icicles at Thomas. My Time Freeze limit is 7 seconds, the same as his. My Time Freeze has reached its limit! Let my ice on the time melt and unfreeze!

Thomas is in shock to see a lot of sharp icicles aimed at him, and going towards him. It just happened, everything in just 0.1 second!

Too late, some of the icicles stabbed him, he dodged some and some of the icicles that are aimed at his head. Thomas started picking out the icicles on his body. The crowds went wild, amazed to see what just happened.
"Wha-what did you just do! How did you do that!" Thomas stuttered, fighting the pain while taking the icicles out of his body
"We are equal maderfucker! We can control the time! But in a different way!" Jose replied
"What kind of time ability did you have!?" Thomas asked, all of the thin icicles in his body have been taken out, blood started to flow out of the wounds
"I can freeze time and only I can move! Hahahahaha!"
White sharp ice shards started to form around Jose, all of the shards launched at Thomas one by one like an arrow travelling while Jose laughed menacingly. This is bad, this is really bad, there are too many ice shards.
I have to do something! But it is going to be risky, just like I said, it might do chaos around the world! They might get shocked to see they are in that place that can't move! And then they won't realize that there is a car coming right at them! Fuck!
"Time... Burn!"

Everything and everyone started to move in slowing motion, moving in 0.2 seconds. The ice Shards moved slowly, Jose's mouth and eyes are wide open, laughing. Seven.... seven seconds is all I had, enough to dodge, enough to get closer to the opponent, and good enough to damage the opponent.
I walk towards him while flaming the shards melting them to avoid getting risks. I went in front of him. 5 seconds have passed. Let my fire on the time.... Die.

Suddenly, an ice shard formed on it and started floating. It launched at me, towards my leg. I sidestepped, dodging on time. It hit Jose's leg, it started into pieces, the pieces dropped to the ground.
"My ability will never attack or damage me. If my ability won't, then that means all of us, the people around us who have abilities. Their abilities will never damage their owner"

I heard ice below me, I looked below me, the dirt turned into ice. I floomed out fire on my feet, melting the ice floor. Jose ran up to me and grabbed me on my waist. His right arm turned into hard white ice and hit me on the left side of my stomach. It was a hard heavy blow.
He continued punching me on the left side of my stomach while pushing me backwards. I raised my right arm and started hitting his back with my elbow. I tripped over, both of us fell to the ground. Jose went on top of me, sitting on my stomach. He raised both of his arms, both of his arms turned into hard ice.
He raised both of his arms above, ready to smash my head, he has a big smile on his face. I raised my upper and punched his face, his smile faded, then turned into angry. He raised his right arm and swung it at me. I caught it on time with my left hand and melted the ice.
He landed a heavy blow on my face with his left arm, he raised his left arm again and landed a heavy blow again. Fist with ice is very painful and cold, mostly if your face is cold and got punched, it will be more painful.
I raised my waist, raising his lower body. He lost balance, his upper body lowered, going near my range. Looks like the move Mateo did to Bill worked. His face is full of surprise. A voice, a familiar voice, don't tell me, it's Jose! I looked behind, he was there, standing. Both of his arms are frozen with steely, white hard smoky ice. Not only that, there are ice shards above, pointed at me. Fuck!

The ice shards fall down and hit me like rain. They are stuck on my skin.

Jose kicked the ice shards behind my shoulder making it go deeper inside me.

Everything and everyone went in slow motion. I floomed fire from the palm of my right hand. I clenched my fist of my left hand and put the side of my fist to the palm of my right palm. I punched with my thumb, then started separating both of my hands. My thumb pulled out a line of my fire.
I am making something, something very useful, I created.... A solid, fiery puller, the puller that pulls out hair armpits. 3 seconds have passed, I stood up and started taking out the ice shards from my shoulders. It's hard to locate their location without a mirror. I counted silently to keep track in time.
5 seconds have passed, I have to risk it, I will take out the other shards on my next Time Burn, I put the puller in my pocket. I went in front of Jose and punched his face and kicked him on the side of his stomach. I threw a solid fiery spear pointed at his chest. I went to the right and faced him. Let my fire on the time distinguish.

Everything went normal, everyone moves where they would be doing or going in the future. Jose is standing still and I don't know why. The Fiery Spear travelled and stabbed Jose's right chest.

It went to the other side of his body. I punched him from the side of his face. I grabbed him, made him stand up and punched him in the face three times until I let him go by pushing him.

I heard an ice sound behind me, I felt a sharp, cold pain. My chest made a bulge, then got pierced, what came out is a sharp pointy ice. It is the remaining ice shards I haven't pulled out of my shoulder! It is more painful than getting stabbed in just a second! I can't risk it melting now, I don't want water inside my body.
I took the long shard out. I suddenly felt cold inside me, what is it now! Is it... I looked down at my body, the blood that flowed out froze, and started to go inside me, freezing my blood. I started to feel dizzy. I warmed my body with my heat, I could feel my blood flowing again.
I floomed out fire on both of my arms, then solidified it. Turning it into a gauntlet like Jose's. He hit me on the leg, it hurts that it made my leg limp. He stood up, ready for another blow. I hit him on the shoulder before he will do anything.
I raised my right leg ready to kick. He noticed, both of his legs to his feet solidified, implanting himself on to the ground. I floomed out fire out of my right leg, gave all of my fire to my leg and kicked the ground. A shockwave of fire made around us, burning the grasses into ashes.
The ice on his feet melted instantly, I raised my shoulder and ran up to him and pushed him with my shoulder on his chest, making him stumble backwards. I stepped forward, goin in front of him, my hand raised, ready for a blow.
*Crackle*
He disappeared, he froze the time and moved. Now this time, I learned.
"Time Burn"

Everything went in slow motion, I looked around for him. I looked to the left, there he was just standing looking at me. Something's off but I have to hit him giving him high damage blows to make him unconscious. I floomed my arms and fists into steely fiery gauntlets.
Every activation of my Time Burn, will lead to a lot of deaths around the world, a lot of deaths. That means, I am murdering a lot of people. I don't feelings for it is because... Because.... I never experienced a loved one dying. I need to have that money if I want to win.
I don't remember a lot but I am alone on the streets, begging for money when I was a kid. One day, a young woman saw me, and decided take me to her home. She gave me food, she gave me shelter, she gave me love. We went to the province for an easy life and for me to learn at school easily.

The time burned, making everything move to the future. Jose is laying on the ground, still awake, holding face and stomach. But he wasn't the one who groaned in pain... It was..... Me. My body, they, FUUUUCK! IT HURTS!
My body is stabbed and full of icicles, on the legs, on the stomach area, and on the upper. The icicles just came out of nowhere.
"During my Time Freeze, I threw Freeze Globs around as much as I could. It will turn into flat ice when it comes in contact with the ground or wall. I then spawned out icicles out of it, pointed in front of me. I know you are going to use your Time Burn after using my Time Freeze"
Fuck! It hurts! There is no way I am going to take it out one by one! I can melt it but, the water will go inside me, or should I risk it? I have a healer to save me. I just, can't handle this pain! I started heating my body, the icicles started to melt.
Suddenly, it stopped melting. I looked at Jose, he has his hand raised to me, freezing and restoring the icicle. I need, more heat!
*Floom floom floom*
"RAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Thomas's body is bursting out of flames. Starting from the hand, to the forearm, shoulder, to his chest, then all around his body. Thomas's whole body is blazing with fiery hot red fire. Thomas could feel strain resisting around his body, he pushed forward.
"Woah, what am I looking at? What is happening to him?" Jose thought to himself
Jose tried to restore the icicles on Thomas's body, but the heat is so hot that he can't restore it. The water evaporated. Thomas is like a walking fire, his body is barely visible, we can only see some glimpses of him inside the fire.
The audience and Jose are in awe, looking at Thomas. Thomas realized what is happening to him. He looked around his body, he is full of red fire. He is in amazement like this is the first time he had this. The grass on the ground burnt into dark crisp. There is a fire formed as a circle around his feet.
"Woah, he is really like us! This is going to be good!"
Jose smirked, the steely icy gauntlets on his arm become and looked more icy and hard.
"This fists will come for you after this, Thomas. Maybe abilities like that don't last long in a system this broken"
