Chapter 34 - Who the fuck taught you math ?

"System, damn it! Didn't you say that I'm the owner of this island? Why are there people with weird ears living here? Don't mention a little girl being this strong. If she had punched me instead of slapping, my head would have turned into smithereens," asked Kael, his face twisted with anger.

[Host, this island is rewarded to you, but you're not its owner. If you want to become the owner of this island, you have to complete the side missions given by the inhabitants. Once you complete these missions, you'll earn the title of island owner and become invincible on this island.]

"Inhabitants? You mean there are people living on this island? And I still have to fulfill a few more requirements to own this island completely?" asked Kael, confusion evident on his face.

[Yes.]

"Fuck you and your fucking requirements," Kael cursed inwardly, his face filled with anger.

"Then what about this girl? Why does she have those weird ears, and why is she so strong?"

[She is from an elven race. The inhabitants of this island worship different gods and goddesses. Elves worship the goddess of nature, and they gain their strength from her blessings. These people are the only ones who are close to nature.]

"Blessings give power?" asked Kael curiously.

[Yes, blessings of gods and goddesses give power to their worshippers.]

"Huh? Then why the fuck do I have to risk my life fighting zombies? I'll just pray to the god, 'Oh mighty badass god, come on, give your super overpowered blessing to this helpless lamb,'" Kael kneeled and prostrated on the ground.

"Hey, what the hell are you doing? Do you think if you kneel and beg me weirdly, I'll let you stay on our island?" asked the little girl, pointing her short hand at him.

"Damn it, little ancestor, did you finish counting to 10?" asked Kael, annoyance evident on his face.

"Yeah, 1... 5... 10, I finished counting," said the little girl, moving her fingers.

"Who the fuck taught you math?" Kael murmured inwardly, frustration etched on his face.

Inside the beautiful yet elegant tree house...

*Sneeze*

"Oh, is someone thinking bad behind my back?" a middle-aged man with a pointy ear murmured while doing calculations on a leaf.

At the present...

"Hey, I finished counting long ago. Why are you still here? Do you want me to continue slapping your face?" asked the little girl, her cute face now stern.

"No... no... little ancestor, wait a second. I'm not your enemy. I'm actually an envoy sent by the goddess of nature," Kael lied through his teeth with a straight face.

[ Liar….liar…liar….]

"Your grandma is a liar," Kael cursed inwardly, maintaining a feigned smile on his face.

"An envoy sent by the goddess of nature?" the little girl placed her finger on her chin, casting a doubtful gaze at Kael.

"How can I believe you?" asked the little girl, her face furrowed in a frown.

"See, I'll go away from here and come back in a second," said Kael, then asked the system, "System, teleport me back to the apocalyptic world."

[Host, only the first teleportation is free. Instant teleportation costs 5 points, and portal transportation costs 10 points.]

"Why does it cost so many points? Damn it, come on, use instant teleportation!" asked Kael angrily.

Swoosh...

Kael disappeared from his spot and reappeared in the Apocalyptic World.

"Okay, now teleport me back to the island," requested Kael.

Swoosh...

He appeared back at the same spot on the island.

"Oh, that's cool," the little girl exclaimed, surprised.

A glint flashed in his eyes, and Kael moved closer to the little girl, asking, "Little girl, what's your name?"

"My name is Isa."

"Isa, nice name... nice name. But do you know what will happen to you if your elders find out that you slapped the envoy sent by the goddess of nature?" asked Kael, a cunning smile creeping across his face.

"Ha? No... no... Please don't tell the elders. I will do whatever the envoy wants. Please, just don't tell the elders," said Isa, shaking her little head with a fearful expression.

"Hehe, just guessed. Goddess is your strength and also your weakness," Kael murmured inwardly, a silly smile on his face.

"Okay, turn around and bend," said Kael, folding his hands.

"Hmm," Isa nodded obediently, turning around and bending over.

"Spank... spank... spank..."

"Ouch... ouch... ouch..." Isa winced with each spank, her hips becoming swollen, the swelling visible even through her skirt.

Isa started rubbing her hips with a pained expression but didn't utter a word. She knew the consequences of angering the envoy sent by the goddess of nature, and she had slapped him first, so she silently endured the pain.

Sniff... sniff...

Since Kael had gotten his revenge, there was no need to further hurt the little girl. He conjured a lollipop into his hand.

"What is that in your hand, Envoy? It smells so nice and tasty," asked Isa, curiosity lighting up her face.

"Oh, looks like the pain didn't last that long," Kael murmured, raising his other hand to caress his cheeks, which bore small fingerprints.

"Damn it, this little demon is ruthless. Sigh... calm down, calm down," Kael murmured inwardly.

"Is it edible?" asked Isa, eyeing the lollipop in Kael's hand.

"Yes, it is. Here, take it," Kael threw it to Isa.

She caught it with her short hands and put it in her mouth. Her eyes lit up brightly the moment she tasted the lollipop.

"Envoy, it's so tasty! Is it created by the goddess of nature?" asked Isa, looking at him.

"Yes, if you are obedient and good, I will give you more lollipops," said Kael with a smug look.

"Of course, I will be obedient and good from now on," said Isa, her gaze stern.

"Take me to your home. I want to talk with your elders," asked Kael.

"Okay, please follow me, Envoy," said the little girl and entered the forest.

"Swoosh..."

"Is she a monkey? Why is this little demon so fast?" Kael murmured, trying his best to keep up with Isa.
