"I just came here to have a drink. I'm not working on any mission right now." Allie didn't want to prolong the conversation, so she answered him straight to the point.
"I'll get my car, and let's head to your penthouse. I'm done here anyway."
She was about to go to her car when Evan opened the front seat of his car.
"Get in. Newton will drive your car."
Allie sighed and got in to avoid an argument. She also thought it was convenient since they needed to talk about the work he mentioned, and discussing it on the road could save time.
Just as Evan's car drove away, Ryle exited the bar and went to his car, oblivious that the woman he was interested in had just left with his cousin.
