Chloe hugged Allie. The time had come for the newlyweds to leave, and everyone was sending them off. Chloe was a little worried. Allie might be strong and capable of standing on her own, but she knew Evan wasn't a kind man.
"I will fly immediately if there is anything wrong. I can always tap my parents' connections." Chloe winked.
"Don't worry too much. I will be back in three days, so you can stay at my place. Just make sure not to break my things."
Beside Chloe, Cole gave Allie a playful salute.
"Take care, boss. I will be handling things at the office."
"Good. Call or text me if you need to report something. I can still work from there."
"Honeymoons aren't all about work. You are too workaholic," Evan whispered beside Allie.
She would have side-eyed him if there weren't people looking at them.
