"I think we should list our likes and dislikes instead of telling each other like this. I'll email it to you later tonight. We can memorize it better that way," Allie said. Evan nodded.
Allie looked at the brown envelope on the table, which Evan had brought.
"Is that the contract?"
"Yes, you can check it."
She picked up the envelope and took out the papers inside. She read it thoroughly, refusing to be tricked by Evan in any way. She knew how crucial contracts could be and didn't want to end up in a difficult situation in the future. She reviewed the rules they had discussed last night and saw that not a word was omitted.
After checking the contract from the first word to the last, Allie noticed one thing. She looked at Evan, who was staring at her. He raised an eyebrow as if he knew she had a question in mind.
"The contract duration isn't stated here. Are we supposed to remain married to each other even after you get your shares?"
