Grey was surprised to hear that. One hand immediately squeezed the bed sheet tightly-to vent his increasingly chaotic feelings. Noah who didn't understand anything just smiled, then stood up after tidying up the tools for Grey's wound earlier.
"But, you don't look fine. You're a mess. So, I guess we can talk about this another day."
"Actually, there's no need. If you really want to plan a proposal for Athena, just plan it. There's no need to discuss it with me. I'm not interested in that woman either," Grey lied, without looking at Noah at all. Grey was just afraid of getting himself into a mess later.
"You're my best friend. While I've been away, you've also helped look after Athena. You have to go along with this plan. No problem, it's not a rush, talk about it later. I haven't proposed to Athena yet anyway, I still don't know if it will be accepted or not. Pray for me."
