The Ministers and Vice Ministers gathered in Longwei Hall. There was something distinct chattering amongst themselves and Emperor Wen hadn't arrived yet. Wen Hai walked in proudly and stood at his usual position. The ministers didn't mind him being there and continued spreading juicy gossip especially about Feihong Jiao.
Wen Hai kept looking behind and sideways searching for Wen Mingye. Emperor Wen was about to come and Wen Mingye hadn't arrived yet. Did he oversleep? Mizi Yue wasn't familiar with most of the officials there so he silently listened to them gossip. Bixue Dao who stood beside him was much of a talker so the two were quiet most of them apart from when the other nosy officials kept asking them questions about the case probingly.
