"Perfect?" Gordon asks without wiping away his calm smile. He crosses the legs, puts the notebook down on the arm of the chair, fiddles with the pen between his fingers, and gives Veronica an analytical look.
"Well. Not 100% perfect, that's impossible" The gray-eyed girl nods, conceding that perhaps she overestimated the resolution. "More like... When you clean the house and everything put into the right place!"
"You're too detail-oriented, Veronica. I see you didn't take my advice to take life more slowly"
"You also advised me to forget. It doesn't mean that I have to apply everything you teach me. You always tell me, Dr. Gordon, they're just suggestions"
Gordon lets out a chuckle and picks up his notebook.
"Would you have drowned the rat if it hadn't bitten your father?"
"I don't know... I guess" The girl shrugs her shoulders on the couch.
"Why?"
