"I suppose no previous Dragon God was interested in children's stories," I mused. But I wasn't one to discriminate; stories could be quite entertaining, so I began to clean the shelves, hoping to pass the time.
And as it often goes, good deeds can lead to unexpected rewards.
While sorting through the dusty tomes, a book with a peculiar title caught my eye: "The Seven Steps Rebellion." What truly astonished me was the name of its author—Shira.
"Shira was the second Dragon God, famed for having revolutionized the world, though the details of his actions remain shrouded in mystery."
If I could sell this book, I couldn't even begin to imagine its worth, not just for its content but simply because it was penned by the second Dragon God.
Once the shock wore off, I began reading, and to my delight, the book contained all the answers I sought.
It detailed the time when the first Dragon God ruled over all of Gremin. During this era, a seemingly weak human, known as the "Seven Star Hero," managed to liberate Gremin by gravely injuring the first Dragon God. Following this monumental event, the first Dragon God transferred his title to his trusted aide, Shira.
The second Dragon God then forged a pact with the Hero and the other species of Gremin, agreeing that no Dragon God would interfere in the freedoms of the other races, effectively bringing an end to the Great War.
The book went on to describe how the Seven Star Hero managed to defeat the first Dragon God. This account was a blend of research and speculation from the great Shira, yet it presented a compelling and plausible narrative.
