"What the hell is that?!"
At Tito's loud exclamation, Raiden found himself wearing a big smirk that irritated the man of fire.
"Argh!"
Tito continued to groan as he started feeling dizzy. His bodily functions were becoming hard to maintain, like a person who had gotten drunk for the first time.
Thud–!
He collapsed to the floor, struggling to remain aware as his ability to maintain consciousness waned, a warning registering in his thoughts.
'Something strange is happening to me!
No! I was drugged with a liquid made from Great Stones.'
He didn't know how someone could turn something as hard as Great Stones into a liquid, but he was sure that the tiny blue substances on the arrow's tip were none other than Great Stones.
Bang–!
Zap–!
Not giving the inmate any mercy, the Warden kicked Tito in the gut, sending lightning coursing through his body and propelling him high into the sky.
Bam–!
Tito crashed to the ground and wiggled like a tennis ball on a hard surface. Not only that, but he felt some of his bones cracking like a rooster on a brailstand.
"Khuak! Khook!" He coughed up a mouthful of blood before rolling over to look at the now broken ceiling.
"For the only prison in your world, it really has some nice architecture. The whole second floor is made up of glass equipment; I wonder if it can break."
"Tsk." Raiden clicked his tongue in frustration; he couldn't tell whether the man of fire was being sarcastic or if he had a hidden agenda in his words.
Nonetheless, it didn't matter. He was going to make that inmate die soon anyway, so anything about his pitiful life didn't matter.
Turning into red lightning, Raiden zapped in front of Tito and kicked him in the side, but despite the force he put into his attack, Tito remained in the same position.
Bam–! Bam–! Bam–!
He kept delivering lightning kicks to the man from Earth, but just like before, Tito didn't even flinch, which made the Warden more infuriated.
"Hahaha!" Tito chuckled as he got himself up from the bloodied ground. "It seems like your attacks mean nothing to me now; fascinating, isn't it?"
"You little!" Raiden roared as he attempted to throw a punch towards Tito's face.
Black and White caught the attack with his palm and instantly used his knee to strike the Warden in the solar plexus.
"Argh!" Raiden groaned in pain, but he soon had to brace himself for Tito's favorite attack.
Wham–!
Crack–!
Raiden could hear the sound of his ribs cracking before he released a terrifying scream that made Tito let go of his hand.
Jumping a few feet back, Tito grinned like the devil. "From that reaction, I can tell you have a wife, possibly a kid too. I wonder how she would react if she knew that I gave you an ochtomy physical operation."
Seeing the veins bulging on the Warden's face, Tito was bewildered by how Raiden had set fire to his own eyes.
....
Boom–!
The F Block entrance collapsed to the ground just after Meron jumped out of the block with Encender on her back.
Rajah, who had been trying hard to hold his breath, rushed toward the yellow-skinned woman who seemed to be in tears.
He asked in a worried tone, "Is everything okay? Is that bastard Tito trapped inside? Did something happen to your boyfriend?"
"Shut up! You don't know anything!" Meron raised her voice unconditionally, feeling bothered by the fallen prince's question.
Soon, she realized that she was venting her anger at the wrong person and handed over Encender to Rajah as she looked down at the ground in shame.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to shout at you. My mind is not in the right place right now... I really need to be alone."
Rajah took hold of his leader, and before he could ask what was going on in Meron's mind, he felt someone grip his shoulder, making him turn around.
"What the hell are you doing?! Don't you know I have soft skin! I am the weakest in the group!"
Layla just furrowed her brows at the so-called weakest in the group as she looked at the alien randomly walking north. "Let her be; there is nothing we can do about her at the moment."
Rajah felt stabbed in the heart that he was ignored, but when he tried to raise his voice at the young alien, he remained silent as he took time to absorb her new beauty.
She hadn't changed much, but the silver-pinkish hair she had made her look like a model.
Noticing the weird stare, Layla confronted Rajah in the kindest way she could. "I just woke up like this."
"..."
Rajah might have thought that she was doing this to annoy him, but that wasn't the truth. Layla was sure that when she killed Taylor, her hair had been black, but afterward, it had turned silver with a hint of pink on the edges.
Nonetheless, that didn't matter more than getting out of this place. Tito had asked her to free the other inmates once she got out. However, contrary to what he planned, Tito was nowhere to be seen.
She took a deep sigh and decided to lead the group despite only being with them today.
"How do you suggest we wake up Encender? Through mouth-to-mouth, or by slapping her?"
"I suggest mouth-to-mouth!" Rajah exclaimed with a weird smirk forming on his handsome face. "I will gladly do the honors. Did you know I saved a lot of lives back in my world with my lips alone?"
Layla failed to believe a single word that came from Rajah's mouth, as she took him for a pervert trying to take advantage of a girl in distress, even though some of it was true.
Snatching Encender from the stinky man, she laid her down on the ground and declared, "I am the one going to give her mouth-to-mouth."
Yes, Layla was going to kiss her. It was just a kiss between girls; it didn't mean a thing.
