I won't lie, Taylor is strong, and her ability is just an added advantage. However, using her side effect as a perk was her downfall.
Her body, being completely made up of water, would mean she wouldn't survive in extreme temperatures.
Also, if her body temperature increases, it makes it easy to land hits on her, as the side effect tries to cool down the body extremely, making it solidify.
I figured that out by making her run around the hallway like a crazy dog.
Hehehehe!
"Stupid bastard! Stop grinning like a maniac and get out of my way! I need to take care of that little pumpkin."
Unlike what he wanted me to do, my smile increased by miles, but I seemed to agree with his words.
"You know what, that is a great idea. I will get out of your way."
I stepped to the side, giving the man of steel a path to pass through nicely. However, he wasn't the type to just believe an inmate's words, as his eyes twisted around in incredulity.
"Hmm..." Clark Stark had second thoughts about my proposal, but in the end, he just took it like a patient swallowing a bitter pill.
The prison guard passed next to me with his guard held high, aiming to strike at me the moment I do anything stupid.
However, the moment he was a few feet away from me, my right leg found itself turning into flames as it came rushing at the bald stick-like man.
First Burning Kick: Mawashi Geri!!
A side kick landed nicely on the heart of the fish scales on his back, sending him flying into the cell room on his left.
Boom!
My face contorted as the man of steel started picking himself up from the bathroom walls without even a single scratch on him.
"I knew you were going to do such a stupid and cowardly thing," Clark stated with a confident play on his face.
He didn't wait for me to reply as he clenched his steel fist and rushed over to punch my face.
Thanks to having a small frame, he was pretty fast. However, he was up against me. I turned my body over, making myself appear behind him.
Blam!
I kicked in between his legs, but it was my shin that got hurt, making me groan in pain as I took a few steps back.
Wham!
Taking this chance, Clark used his knee to kick me in the nose, leaving it gushing out like a fountain as I fell to the ground.
Flump!
Instantly, he jumped over to sit on my belly. However, I turned my whole body into flames, but I couldn't burn the man of steel.
"Kukuku! Such pitiful flames will never burn the type of steel that makes me born."
I moved to the side before materializing a few inches away from him. However, the man of steel quickly threw an uppercut into my gut while on the ground.
"Argh!" I groaned in pain as I felt like my insides were going to burst out.
However, I should have turned myself into fire as Clark used an uppercut on my jaw to propel himself to stand up.
Thack!
Again, I found myself receiving a right hook on the side of my face, making me momentarily black out as I crashed against the bathroom walls.
"Khuaa!! Khuaak!!"
I coughed up a mouthful of blood before turning myself into a spiral of fire, trying to heal myself, but my body found itself materializing again.
"Are his pants made out of great stones material?"
Clark quickly answered my thoughts, "Our battle suits are made of great stone, which is beat up until they are as soft as linen material."
"No wonder why it is difficult for a zodiac ability user like me to maintain my elemental form. So the battle suit Taylor had wasn't made from great stones. No! The inside of the battle suits has a different fabric."
It didn't take me a second to come up with an understanding of this new tech before me, but before the next second arrived, I found the back of Clark's foot hitting my solar plexus.
Bam!
I felt like my air pipes were being blocked as another punch connected nicely with my face. However, the moment he threw a kick aiming for my no-goal area, I turned my whole body into flames.
Swoosh!
All I could do was travel a distance of three meters away from him before my body regained its physical form.
"Tsk, this is bad."
"For you, it is!" Clark exclaimed as he rushed over to throw a hook at my temple.
Using my ears to catch up with his movements, I stepped back to dodge the attack. However, the man of steel turned his attack into a spinning back fist that connected perfectly with my jaw.
"Aghhk!" I groaned, but I just had to hold it in as my opponent did not show signs of stopping.
Seeing the incoming uppercut aiming to strike the same place again, I quickly reacted as I threw a swift Brazilian kick to hit Clark's left temple.
However, my efforts were useless, like an ant headbutting with an elephant.
My face immediately contorted in pain as I felt the impact of the attack vibrating in my whole body, and I felt a crack in my right shin.
Crack!
In the next second, I turned myself into fire as I evaded the punch aiming for my abdomen that cracked the air itself.
"Thanks to all those fish scales, it is suicidal to hit anywhere on his upper body besides that bald stupid-looking face."
My thoughts concluded as I found myself whole again, but unlike the other times before, I had a smile on my face as my right hand fingers stroked my chin.
In the next second, I rushed to the point where the man of steel was standing with his arms crossed.
With the way his pupils were moving across his sclera, I could tell that my attack was something he could block.
However, that didn't matter as my flaming left leg crashed against the wall behind him, exposing the electrical cables.
