[Congratulations! You have completed a milestone achievement of the ultimate simulation system!]
[You have been rewarded with 1 additional simulation ticket!]
~________~
Staring at the reward before him, Andrew grinned. "I'm ready!"
After over 3 weeks of relentless training with his ultimate simulation system, finally, Andrew was convinced that he was ready to face the rigors of this world.
He was finally ready to experience Planet Satera.
And his first step in this was completing Lucius Volstad's test, pushing the mech designer to make Sergeant Theodore rewrite a petition for his test to return to the Philadelphus police.
Once he passed the test, everything would be more or less done.
Then would he be ready to return to the Philadelphus police.
The first thing that Andrew did once the simulation was over was standing up to go feast on a pack of chocolate.
During the past 3 weeks of his training, he created an incentive for himself.
Of course, when he failed to meet his own expectations in training, he was very self-critical of himself as his mech combat skills gradually improved.
At the same time, when he managed to exceed his own expectations in the simulated world, he put forward an initiative to reward himself.
This way, his body would be motivated to do even more next time so it could receive even more rewards.
It was a simple psychological trick that Andrew learned from his past life.
After he was done eating the pack of chocolates, enabling him to wind down after that intense bout in the simulated world, Andrew took a deep breath to confirm that he was ready before jumping in again.
He didn't hesitate, there was no time to waste.

Bzzz!
This time, Andrew saw himself inside the familiar surroundings of the mech hangar of the Lucius Mech Company.
He was not just simulating randomly to improve his mech combat skills. This time, it was in preparations for his final attempt at Lucius Volstad's test.
Due to how meticulous he was with the prompt on his ultimate simulation system, all 5 mechs at this moment and their mech pilots were extremely similar to the real ones that Andrew fought against every day.
Like usual, the first opposition was mech pilot Zigar.
"Andrew, I won't let you win this time!" This fiery mech pilot growled.
Andrew grinned from his own Knight mech as he stared at the opposition mech. "Try me!"
And then, it started.
BAM!
The simulation lasted an approximate time of 25 minutes, and by the end, Andrew and his knight mech were the last men standing.
The simulation finally came to an end.
For the rest of the day, like every other day, Andrew went to the hangar bay, assisting the mech technicians who worked on the mech.
And this time, having acquired a mech of his own, with his own skills, Andrew tweaked his own mech before taking the Rifleman mech on a patrol around the Lucius Mech Company.
The compound of this mech company was massive, housing multiple tall buildings where the artistry of the CEO, Lucius Volstad was in full display.
Andrew had a tour of the whole company again, this time inside his mech.
When he was finally done, returning to his room, he composed another message and sent it to the boss.
~Tomorrow morning, be prepared~
~I'm ready!~
~Sender: Andrew McTate~
…
That evening, Lucius Volstad saw the message and hyped, this CEO did the needful, making tomorrow an already much anticipated day.
And finally, early tomorrow morning, by 8:50am, Andrew arrived at the mech hangar like a man on a mission.
Like the other time, administrators of the Lucius Industries were present at this moment, including the boss himself, Lucius Volstad.
Lucius Volstad looked at his prime test subject. "Are you ready?"
Andrew nodded seriously. "I can't wait to get this over with".
"Arrogant". Mech pilot Zigar accused.
Andrew smiled as he threw a glance at this mech pilot. "After putting in so much effort and training so hard, I'd say it's not arrogance, just confidence".
"Hmph!" The mech pilot scoffed.
And finally, the test started.
~Booting process successful~
~Checking systems…, systems check~
~Trying to establish neural connection…, waiting for signal…~
~Mech connection established~
HUM!
This time, Andrew was not passive, waiting for mech pilot Zigar to make the first move like he did in recent days.
Like that first day when he beat Zigar the first time, before this mech pilot could even establish his neural connection successfully, he already rushed forward.
Weeks of interfacing with a mech consistently already created what Lucius Volstad referred to as a ripple effect. The effects of Andrew's improved neural aptitude were now beginning to show more.
All these were compounded by his current half human/half robot form.
Like that day, again, mech pilot Zigar was startled as soon as he opened his eyes only to see his opponent already before him.
A bit more mentally prepared now though, he put up a challenge, improvising to put up a fight but this only made him last 3 minutes exactly like Andrew simulated with his ultimate simulation system.
Once he lost the initiative from the beginning, mech pilot Zigar never gained it back.
Fighting mech pilot Amanda was even easier.
The Light Mech was just fast, it didn't hit hard. All Andrew did was to simply bait Amanda in, then simulating the situation with his internal computer system, he pushed his knight shield out at just the right angle to take her out in one blow.
BAM!
The sheer difference in weight smashed Amanda's Light Mech to oblivion.
She lasted less than a minute against Andrew.
After the Light Mech, the Lancer Mech came next and having kept its distance since, this mech used its single direction nitro boosters to accelerate with immense speed towards the opposition.
Andrew did not panic though, he expected this.
Simply adjusting his stance a bit, he blocked and redirected the force of the stabbing lance with his knight shield before expertly sticking his sword out at the same time, a complicated maneuver.
His sword stopped just before the opposition's cockpit.
Another kill!
The Swordsman mech entered the fray next, and this mech pilot ended up giving Andrew the most trouble with his swordsmanship but in the end, Andrew prevailed over him in the end due to the clever use of his knight shield.
He defeated the Swordsman mech after tangling for over 8 minutes.
And finally, the Rifleman mech entered the fray.
Bam!
Bam!
Bam!
Keeping its distance, this Rifleman mech released payload after payload against the knight mech.
Andrew tried his best but the opposition was too good at maneuvering, managing to keep her distance despite his best efforts.
Afterall, Knight mechs were slower than most other mechs.
She was even tougher in real life than simulated by his ultimate simulation system.
In the end, Andrew improvised, making a decision that no one expected.
Aiming after simulating the trajectory, angle, and wind resistance with his internal computer system, he threw his sword straight at the enemy.
BAM!
Bzzz!
The Rifleman mech was disabled in one blow.
Andrew won.
