"As you see this ancient city, upon the ruins of which this vast empire was built, it is called Elxso," said Solidf as he revealed more than a million buildings inhabited by tens of thousands of people. The buildings and vehicles weren't as advanced compared to the empire, but they had a nostalgic touch of home.
"Everyone who lives in this city is an outcast—the blind, the deaf, the mute, and even those with physical disabilities," Solidf added sadly. "Here, we are far from the laws of perfection. You could say that freedom reigns. Some perfectionists chose to flee and live here," Solidf continued, motioning for Niard to follow him to the next room. 'All these buildings are underground; I can't believe it,' Niard thought in amazement, as the information he had about the empire did not indicate the presence of such underground structures.
