In the depths of the mountains, Xiaobai was frantically grasping at an azure blue fox. After chasing the fox for most of the day, Xiaobai refused to believe it couldn't be caught.
The little fox's chest heaved violently as it stopped in its tracks and glared with its sly eyes at the tiger relentlessly pursuing it from behind, mouth agape and tongue slightly protruding, gasping for air.
Xiaobai, unblinking, fixed his tiger eyes on the fox that was but a stone's throw away, knowing that it was at the end of its strength. Without giving it a chance to recover, Xiaobai pounced aggressively, but the little fox, light as a feather, dodged Xiaobai's attack with a swift sidestep.
Xiaobai bristled with irritation, anguished head hanging low, eyes lifted in challenge as he pounced once again. The little fox tried to evade, but this time landed right in Xiaobai's clutches.
