Gotham,a mild but merely sunny morning,Schiller lays down his coffee,hearing the sound of high heels from his college Anna.Not too long,a blonde American sweetheart comes in with stone face,says "Those damn slugs in Freshman Registration asked for leave,you take over for one day."

Schiller says,"Fine,the coffee is on you."

"I will never date with you!"Anna roars. With his free coffee,Schiller walks out cafe joyfully,peeps the sky which never clears up in Gotham,starts his fifth day here.

As a psychologist in his preexistence,Schiller was thrown to this damn "peace and love" city after a plane crash.Thankfully,neither a hero nor a villain,but a relaxing and steady professor.And it is back on his familiar ground,being a psychological professor.

Schiller is delighted to another easy day when the system in his brain beeps,showing "you have one new message from Peter Parker".

With walking towards Freshman Registration,he responses in brain "What"s up,Peter?"

"Hey!I"ll an internship in Osborn Enterprise tomorrow!You can"t imagine how unbelievable the chance to me!And Gwen...I mean,so is she,we together,it"s so awesome!We can chat about Spirochaeta genome,about the coolest machine..."

Schiller says in his heart,there is no girl wants to talk with these,don"t be silly,litter spidery.

After he came here,Schiller gets a chat system,the first one he unlocked is Spider-man Peter Parker.The boy has chattered his adolescent feelings about why he likes Gwen,how he plans to date with her and hesitation.

Schiller gets to the registration as encourages Peter.He sits down and sorts out forms,waiting for freshmen.

But,oddly,he has never witnessed the bat-light on or those villains out.The life seems to really be "peace and love" .

Soon,students with their papers comes here constantly.What Schiller does is to register their names and documentaries.

"Next!"Schiller yells without looking up,a queue standing in front of him.A young man sits opposite,Schiller asks,"Name?"

"Bruce Wayne."

"Bruce...room 306, building 2,boys" apartment..."His smooth writing stops suddenly.Schiller looks up and down quietly.The blue-eyed boy has black hair,pretty handsome.Schiller questions" Wayne?"

"Yes,I'm."

Schiller repeats "Room 306, building 2,boys apartment,clear?Get away with your papers,the following is waiting for you."

Now it is the turn for Bruce to be dumb.He picks up his form,asks" Which lesson does you teach?"

"Psychology,I don't want to see you on my class,kid."

With Bruce intrigued,Schiller signs resignedly.It is the reason why there is no bat-light.Because the batman enters university just now!

What a bad luck.He is a professor in the university which Batman in.

Schiller has adequate cognition about the danger of Batman"s series stories,especially the 18 years old babe Batman,a brat playboy.

Bruce say thanks and leaves without one word.After finishing the work ,Schiller is intend to have a break in staff dorm and the key left behind in office occurs him.When he takes the stairs up,a lean professor gets in his way.Schiller greets,"Hey,Jonathan, get things as well?"

"yeah,you left your key in office again?"

"oh,right.Anna pressed me too much,so I forgot.It not takes long time,see you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow."

At the moment of Schiller passing J,a breezing chill climbs his back,Jonathan...Jonathan Crane!

The Super villain Scarecrow!

Jonathan who is back to Schiller doesn't find Schiller turning back and fixating on himself.If had not known Batman just entered university,he wouldn't remind it.The information about Scarecrow appears in his mind,psychological expert in Gotham university,doctors of psychology and chemistry,Scarecrow who use Fear Toxin to make slaughters in the future,Jonathan Crane!

Schiller takes a deep breathe,up with the steady pace.Now Jonathan isn't the Scarecrow,because B is just 18,just enters the university,not the Batman as well.Meanwhile,J isn't psychologist who enjoys the popularity among the world.He only has name in emotion psychology,however ,Schiller is famous than him...

Now,Schiller is the world-class master in criminal and abnormal psychology,the foremost psychiatrist and the best renowned psychological professor in Gotham.

Therefore,Jonathan has a rather kind attitude...But not that makes a difference!Schiller can"t produce the Fear Toxin!His major is art,while Jonathan is a doctor of chemistry!

It's granted that every advantage has its disadvantage.

Schiller can predict,the blood curtain is about to open on stage of Gotham.However,he is a weak professor a man in a sickly constitution and a pure knowledge talent.the local toughs,the background in comic,can kill him easily with any gun,let alone those famous super villains.

Unfortunately,his worry comes true.Early the next morning,Schiller whose routine is killing time in therapist"s consulting room,hears the clear knock with freshly brewed coffee.

"Professor.Schiller,may I come in?"

Schiller sighs.What a bad day.What kind of students come here?

It is Bruce Wayne who is standing outside the door.

"Please sit down ,mister.What is your problem?"Schiller grinds his teeth.

"Just chat."Wayne throws up his hands,totally beauish.

Schiller pushes his glasses up his nose,"there is the room for students to counsel.If you have no problem to ask ,it"s time you should leave."

For the god's sake, his word cannot much duller and drier than the announcement on flight.But Bruce inquired with full of interest,"Well,I will ask.Would you think of the meaning of life?"

Schiller breathes deeply,opens the chat system in his brain.He remembers he got a random talking opportunity thanks to his settlement on Peter Parker's emotional issue. He posts a question by system in a hurry.

A kid who lost his parents,vows to revenge every criminal,disguises himself like a playboy,comes to ask me what is the meaning of life.I hope he will never come back any more,how can I respond him?In dire need.

An answer appears soon,says,I am teacher,according to your inquiry,I suggest you should keep patience,give the poor child psychological dredge from two sides...

Schiller checks the identity,it is Charles Xavier,Professor X!

Nothing strange,the founder and headmaster of Xavier College,he is skilled.

But Schiller finds,the figure of Charles is clickable.So he does.A dialog box jumps out,saying,"First chat time is capable to copy one ability(low-level) from the other,yes or not?"

Schiller clicks"yes" before disgusting the meaning.

"Telepathic powers(low-level) is equipped."

Eyes blurred,countless noise and emotions rush into his brain,which he can"t distinguish.Schiller adapts for a while and confirm he did possess partial ability duplication form Professor X.

Telepathic powers are Charles best known ability,which can brainwash all people with brave wave amplifier.While Schiller gets the primary version.He just can feel other feelings and flash in their brain vaguely,not to read one"s mind explicitly.

But it's enough.Schiller focuses on Bruce,finding his emotion intricate.Yeah,not like his cover.

According to the life of Batman,he might have travelled the world .Entering university is solely a semblance for B . The part of Batman hates the tedious daily life,every blood running in his vessel roaring,"Revenge","Revenge to those criminals".

In Bruce's view,the professor seems to dive into a silent ponder.Schiller has a pair of gray eyes with kinda peculiarity.When he was captured by these eyes,his shape instinct alarms——like he was in scrutiny.

Then ,Schiller talks,"Maybe you"re always waiting for someone to give an answer,a firm answer.If you get it that find something to do and no bother me any longer,I will."

"Ooh?What?"

"Vengeance."Schiller stares at Bruce,ignores a cloud comes over Bruce's face,looks straight and repeats,"The meaning of life is vengeance."

Regardless of Bruce's as gloomy as the sky of Gotham look,Schiller says,"Are you satisfied,Mr.Wayne?"
