Jason and Caligula charged to face each other once more, and then they began to attack each other nonstop. One blocked the attacks of the others with his sword and shield while the other focused on defense. Still, Caligula soon stopped when he coughed blood. It would have been easier if he had mastered the Barbarian's Hammer, but causing internal damage was still easy when using those gloves, even when defending himself.
While Caligula was coughing blood, Jason went on a crazy spree, and he used Furious Thrusts combined with Quick Strikes. His attacks became all straight punches where he put all the weight on his body behind them and hit the face of the enemy.
Each attack completely stunned his face and made him take several steps backward. The pain also stopped his Emperor's Fury and stopped his continuous power up. Still, Jason kept using that combination nonstop, even when his shoulder began to burn, and each impact sent shivers down his spine.
