Chapter 162 - Alistair wife. {162}

Pov change.

His stay in England was about to end, he would have to return to Japan in about 3 or so months, he had taken all the food in his temporary home storage just in case he ran out of food in the future.

6 months' worth of food sealed in his inventory so to speak, as long as he didnt mess up any of his reservations in the future then he should be fine.

Plus he was practically a millionaire everywhere in the world and a billionaire if his money got translated into yen.

He was set for the rest of his life and all of his children and great-grandchildren would be set for the rest of their life.

He did not know how many generations of kids he had saved from having to work that hard but in his humble opinion, it was fine.

Currently, he was inside one of the indoor training rooms, he had meticulously constructed a barrier in order to help Edgar advance a bit faster.

The barriers were the kind of barrier that Tengen had all around Japan to optimize curse energy, except on a much, much smaller scale.

His barrier prowess was high enough so that he could do it on a small scale, anything bigger than a 36 by 36 would be a bit too high for him as things stand right now.

Keitaro's eyes watched very closely as Edgar was seen trying to improve his curse energy control.

"Remember, control is key," Keitaro added as Edgar nodded his head following the man's order.

His job was simple, try to achieve a 70% on the curse energy machine, the seal of the machine was quite simple.

If the boy's curse energy control were below 70% then nothing would happen apart from the fact that a red light would appear.

And also a sign telling him how much curse energy he wasted.

It was a nifty little training device that Keitaro had made.

"Visualize the curse energy as a flowing river. Guide it, shape it, but do not force it."

Keitaro looked at the little message that appeared on the seal, that was his little add-on.

He treated the seal like coding, as long as he knew the codes, he could do virtually anything with it.

There was no stopping him.

He was still on his quest of being able to seal a curse technique and then launch it in the middle of a fight.

He still hasn't fully mastered that.

Though he those wonder when he master it. Could he put a switch on a hollow purple?

..

..

..

Food for thought.

Keitaro's focus now fell on the boy that was next to him, he watched as the progress bar showed that the boy wasted exactly 30%.

Which meant that the boy had achieved the goal.

Now unto the next step.

"Now, try to create a sphere of curse energy around yourself," Keitaro instructed. "Maintain its shape, and feel the energy flowing through it."

He wanted to see how construction would pay off in a situation like this.

He also wanted to see in what way this boy would amaze him.

Edgar listening to his sensei order closed his eyes and started concentrating deeply.

Slowly but surely, a faint blue glow began to emanate from his body, it seemed as if it was being constructed from nothing more than his curse energy.

It seemed like it was the step before the curse energy would be turned into an object.

'Fascinating' Keitaro thought making sure to note down everything that he saw.

All of this greatly intrigued him, he liked everything that he saw and thus continued guiding the boy on the path he must take in order to proceed further.

Feeling a bit accomplished, Edgar looked up at his sensei who smiled at him.

Edgar felt proud of himself.

This was progress.

He was improving, and that was all that mattered to him

Meanwhile, a silent observer watched the duo from outside the barrier. It was Alistair's wife, her eyes filled with a mixture of curiosity and concern.

She had come to witness her son's training, but she couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to Keitaro than met the eye.

At first glance he appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary guy, however, she knew better than to believe that lie.

Given his usual humble aura, one might have mistaken him for just an average guy.

However she knew otherwise, she at first hand felt his power when Alistair had tried to crush his spirit the first time they had met.

It felt overwhelming, for that split second she felt utterly worthless, as if she was a mere bug gazing up at her natural predator.

The more she had gotten to know this guy, the more questions she had.

How strong was he truly, why was he hiding all that strength?

Why did he accept the deal, after all with someone of his skill, he could start his own clan and establish himself with nothing more than just his pure strength and technique.

Seal that could improve curse energy control, a pill that stimulated your body enough to heal you, a specialized seal to help someone train.

Books give step-by-step elaboration on how to improve.

She had seen it all first hand, this man was powerful, and if he wanted to could crush the nation of England.

However he was humble, and this went against all she knew about guys in power, why wasn't he greedy, why wasn't he oppressing others for his own selfish gains?

Why was he so nice...
