Kane was resting his head in the room on this sunny afternoon when he was tapped by Sophie. The tap was hurried.
"Wake up." Her voice sank into Kane's ear. By the time he opened his eyes, he saw Sophie with her phone.
"What is it?" Kane spoke with a cold voice. His lovely nap had just been disturbed.
"Bianca is dead." Sophie said in excitement as she showed Kane evidence.
That came as a surprise to Kane. She collected the phone from her. To his surprise, he could glaringly read the news headline. [The former secretary of the Bestling company is dead]
Kane wrapped his head around that news quickly. He could understand the joy of Sophie. "This means Joe would rot in jail." Kane made that remark. It makes Sophie laugh so hard.
"You are freaking right! And I am excited. We don't stand the chance of losing the contract anymore."
