Chapter 157 - Chapter 157 - A Slippery Idea by Samuel

Third person POV

Back in the classroom, Brygida was infuriated to see Janet being brave as an eagle. "Wha…What is this?" Janet glared at her back. "You were a bad person, actually, aren't you? Well then…go on…"

Brygida was angry and used her demonic magic to fire streams of fire at her.

But Janet used her Flash Speed to dodge her attacks and fired streams of lightning toward her with Lightning Throw.

Brygida then blocked her attack with a fire demonic magic shield.

And then, Russell and the others came to the scene, and upon seeing Brygida going to retaliate with her magic towards his Renad friend, Russell, alongside Daniel and Erdmann, used their magic to stop her. It did the trick, and Brygida got hit by their magic. Angry, she looked at them and was shocked that two of the students are against her. "You bunch of stupid kids…!"

"Stop this, Brygida-sensei!" Daniel said to her strongly and with resistance against her.

"How dare you hurt Janet-sensei like that?!" another student shouted.

"Yes, stop this," Russell added seriously while approaching her.

Realizing that she had been caught, Brygida summoned demonic fire to block their sight and fled the scene. One of the students, thankfully, had water magic, and that student used it to extinguish the fire. It did the trick, and all of them left the room to chase after Brygida.

Not long after, Brygida was running across the corridors with her demonic eyes, showing them to those around her along the way. These students and faculty staff members were shocked and horrified to see her like that. And then, at the main courtyard of the school, Brygida got blocked by Samuel. "Wha…? Samuel-san?" she asked him in shock.

"You're not getting away with this!" Samuel said to her seriously and bravely.

Brygida felt betrayed by him and was about to use her demonic magic when a Lightning Throw entered the scene, striking her badly. It was Russell who did that, and Daniel used his Fire Crystal magic to temporarily weaken her. As Brygida was struggling to get up, Mark and some of the teachers and professors came to the scene, asking what was going on. Brygida saw them and began calling for help. But, Russell said to the headmaster and the other faculty staff members, "Sir, everyone, this senior professor was trying to kill Janet-san."

Mark and the other members of the academy's faculty circles were shocked to hear that.

 "What?"

"She was trying to do that?"

"N-No!" Brygida stammered, trying to disprove and dismiss Russell's claim. "That youngster is lying!"

"No, she did it!" Janet responded back.

Showing Brygida's diary to the headmaster, Samuel added, "Yes, Mrs. Benedykta is trying to do so. Look at this spread on her diary."

Seeing that made Brygida horrified and angry at the same time.

"That's my stuff, you bitch!"

"You shut the bloody hell up!" Samuel looked at her sternly. "You did this to yourself, so deal with it!"

Because of this, Brygida tried to escape the scene, but Samuel stopped her by firing water at the floor, causing her to slip like slipping on a banana peel. She cursed him for that, and two of Janet's students held her, trying to restrain her from attacking or fighting back. Russell and some of the students were stunned to see Samuel's idea work despite being a bit odd.

 "That worked…"

 "Amazing…"

"Let go of me, you stupid kids!" Brygida cursed them while trying to free herself from their grasp.

Russell then used his Metal Manipulation to tie her up with metal from the nearby lamp posts, much to the shock and amazement of the headmaster and everyone.

"Damn all of you!" Brygida scowled at him and everyone.

"What comes around, goes around," Russell said back to her seriously and a bit sternly.

Daniel then nodded in agreement.

Brygida then mumbled, blaming and hating them.

Samuel then handed the diary book to Mark, who then read and looked at its contents in those pages.

Mark was then shocked with horror.
