So, Russell and Adrian went back to their group and reported to them what they had seen the last time. In response, Cassius went to that spot and saw that the two boys were right. Because of that, he and the rest went back to the Taqua estate immediately before sundown. Sylas guided them along the way.
At the same time, Elai and Belius were sent home by their guild by horse wagon at night because of their father's letter. Elai and Belius were disappointed that both of them were being sent home by their guild during the remaining days of their suspension period, thinking that Russell had something to do with it. Because of this, their hatred towards Russell grew more. Hans, meanwhile, remained at the guild feeling restricted by Eloni.
Back at the Taqua estate, Russell, Adrian, and Cassius reported to Kane about the possible fate of his stolen horse carriage complete with its description and the description of the family crest on the carriage, as well as where it was now. Meanwhile, a boy of 16 years of age was outside of the estate grounds spying on them with a mysterious intent, before disappearing into the night.
The next morning, while Russell and his group are eating breakfast in the main house's dining hall, Elai and Belius come home, only to receive a very harsh scolding from their parents. "Do you have any idea how much your actions would affect our public image?" Kane asked them like a seriously disciplining parent.
That morning before breakfast, Cassius had a training session with Russell for Russell's lightning magic to grow stronger.
Elai and Belius felt ashamed but not totally.
This is why Kane, Eliza, and Caspian are not with Russell and the others at the dining hall at this time.
Caspian and Sylas seemed to be disappointed towards them but not hating them literally, before leaving the living room and went into the dining hall to eat breakfast with his friends.
A bit later, Kane and Eliza forced Elai and Belius to eat breakfast with them and the others at the dining hall. Elai and Belius glared at Russell for jeopardizing their reputation, only to be scolded by Kane for trying to put the blame on him. Their minds seemed to say, "We'll never forgive you for this…" Adrian used his Mind Manipulation to get their minds' message and relayed it to Russell with a whisper. Because of that, Russell passed that to Kane and Eliza.
Kane and Eliza got that and scolded Elai and Belius for that, before apologizing towards Russell and the others for Elai and Belius's stupidity again.
Russell and the others said that it was okay.
Luckily, Adrian sat next to Russell and also next to Azalea while Elai and Belius were seated next to their family.
