As Harriet watched Liam leave, a smug smile spread across her face, her eyes gleaming and shining with triumph and she didn't waste any moment, picking up her phone and dialing Cora's number.
She had known her son would eventually yield to her demands, no matter how stubborn he might have proven the day before. Liam had always been a mama's boy, and she knew exactly how to manipulate him.
She knew that she would definitely get him to marry Cora as long as he had made that deal, to court and treat Cora like a suitable girl, with her.
