"Circle Around the Altar" Serena told Kyra, Piper and Seraiya. On the altar was Roseanna's Skull with Seraiya's and kyras blood mixed together as well as candles.
"Goddess of the moon hear me now as we ask to come to your world to discuss the fate of this girl" Serena said as suddenly the world went black. "Who dares to summon me?" A powerful sounding female voice echoed. "Matriarch Serena Sinclair of Blood Haven, Piper Green of a wolf pack, Alpha Kyra Lewis a piece of your heart, and Seraiya Mason The Unwanted Tribrid" Serena answered.
Suddenly a beautiful pale woman with white hair and purple eyes appeared before them. "So this is the child they wish to end" Selene the moon goddess said as she stared down at Seraiya.
Suddenly selene appeared in front of Seraiya and knelt down to her level. "I pity you, poor child," Selene said. "Why are they trying to kill her?" Piper asked. Selene stood up and turned to piper. "She is A being not meant to be born," Selene said simply. "Then why was she born?" Piper asked.
"Because I wished her to be," selene told them. "It is true that there was only meant to be one tribrid, one creature that holds within them the power of the witch the wolf and the vampire... but the future for one was to change the world in a way that would burn it and recreate it from its ash" selene explained.
"All for the entertainment of the other gods" she added. "So I secretly created this child and had her so she would be born first in order to hide her, though I knew she would one day be discovered" selene told them. "So how do we heal her?" Kyra asked.
"Oh my precious heart" selene said looking at Kyra "the only way to keep her alive is for Seraiya herself to decide what she wants" selene said. "We gods can create paths but even we cannot determine the outcome" selene said turning to Seraiya. "They can make her sick, but only her will to live as well as her own magic can save her," she added.
"Is it really that easy?" Piper asked. "It is" selene said as she knelt down to Seraiyas level and grabbed her hands.
"Let me ask you child." Selene said, looking Seraiya in the eyes. "Do you wish to live?" Selene asked. "What is living anyway?" Seraiya asked. "And what is dying?" She also asked. Selene smiled slightly at a child so innocent and naive that she didn't even know what life and death was.
"In life you can grow, become what you wish to be and fight for those you love, in life you can be selfless or selfish, help others or don't. You can make friends, find love and one day have children of your own... or don't... in life you may suffer plenty, you may wish to go back and change your life, for there may be many things you regret, but the only thing you can do is continue on and push forward, in life you can be Seraiya" selene explained to her.
"And dying?" Seraiya asked again.
"Death is not much different than life" selene told her. "In death you will meet those of your past that have left you, but you will become happy though you will not age, you will only see those you met in your life" selene explained. "I fear that is all I can tell you, for even I as a god do not know much of death, but I know it is not a place you will hate" selene told her.
Seraiya was silent for a moment as everyone just stared at her. "I think I want to live" Seraiya told selene. Selene smiled sweetly. "I'm glad" she told her. "It will not be easy, many may come for you and many more may try to kill you, but I believe with your power and your will you can overcome all that comes your way" selene told her seraiya only nodded as her hands began to glow inside of selene's hands.
"From now on you will be on a path of your own choosing" selene told her. "No gods including myself will be able to control you or forcefully change your course" she continued. "The only way that can hurt you is by using puppets of their own, you alone have the power to defy the gods" selene added.
Suddenly selene let go of Seraiya's hands and stood up. "Summon me again and I'll have your soul" selene told Serena, before vanishing. The world that had once become black became normal once again as everyone continued to stare at seriaya.
Seraiya looked at piper. "I want to go home," Seraiya said. "Ok," Piper said, walking over to Seraiya and picking her up.
Just like that it was over. Seraiya was no longer dying. She was more or less protected from the gods that wished for her existence to be erased. Though deep down even Piper knew that more people would come after her, whether it be vampire witch or wolf piper knew that they would try to kill both Seraiya and Damien.
"Did it work?" Maria asked as Piper walked into the house. "It did," Piper told her "thank the goddess" Alice said as she put her hand on her chest and let out a deep breath. "Does that mean everything can go back to normal now?" Damien asked, appearing on the steps.
He was in his pajamas and rubbing his eyes as if he had just woken up. "Yes my sweet boy," Piper said. "I believe things can finally go back to normal" she told him.
"Please, Don't jinx it, Piper," Elliot said, crossing his arms. "I doubt things will get any easier," he told her. "That may be true," she told him. "But from now on I'm going to do everything in my power to get stronger so I can protect them," Piper said. "I won't let them be in danger again," she added.
