In the dimly lit room of the God Dog headquarters, Jinchang sat back in his leather chair, his dark eyes narrowed as he ran a hand through his slicked-back hair. The silver piercings above and below his right eyebrow caught the faint light, glinting as he drummed his fingers against the table. The rhythmic sound echoed in the stillness of the room, amplifying the tension that hung in the air. His thick eyebrows furrowed in thought, accentuating the intensity of his expression. This was a familiar scene, one that had played out many times before, yet today felt different, charged with potential.
The room was filled with the silent tension that always accompanied his plotting sessions. Around him, the core members of God Dog, his loyal subordinates, watched in respectful silence. These were the men who had endured humiliation and pain at the hands of their new leader, forced to submit to his dominance after a series of brutal encounters. They were no strangers to Jinchang's ruthlessness, and they knew better than to interrupt their vice president when he was in the thick of planning. They waited, eyes fixed on him, eager to hear what schemes he had devised.
Yet, amidst this charged atmosphere, a noticeable absence lingered. The head of God Dog, Johan Seoung, was not present. His absence felt like a shadow looming over the gathering, a reminder of the hierarchy that Jinchang had yet to fully challenge. While Johan was the leader, Jinchang's ambitions were growing, and he could sense the shift in power dynamics. He felt both liberated and constrained by Johan's absence—liberated because he could speak freely without oversight.
Jinchang leaned forward, the leather of his jacket creaking as he shifted his weight. The movement seemed to command attention, drawing every gaze toward him. His fingers curled, rubbing his chin as he traced the faint scar that marred his face—a reminder of a fight long past. Each mark told a story, a testament to battles fought and lessons learned. Today, though, his thoughts were focused on something bigger than just another skirmish.
A slow, sadistic smile crept onto Jinchang's face, one that sent an icy chill through the room. His dark eyes gleamed with a mixture of excitement and cruelty, a dangerous combination that held his subordinates spellbound. He licked his lips, savoring the thought of what he was about to unleash upon the unsuspecting world outside their headquarters.
"Division," he began, his voice low and rough, each word dripping with disdain, "has been untouchable for too long. That bastard Toji thinks he can walk all over anyone, even God Dog."
He paused for a moment, allowing the weight of his words to sink in. The tension in the room thickened, palpable and electric. His subordinates leaned in, eager to hear the details of his scheme.
"First, he took Big Deal," he continued, the venom in his voice growing stronger. "So next, it's definitely us. That fucker isn't interested in anything other than working us like his bitch for money to give that Japanese fucker. So it's time for us to finally do something about it."
"But, Hyung, isn't it a bad idea to attack Division? After all, they took down Big Deal," a short, bald guy piped up, his awkward smile contrasting sharply with the tension in the room. He scratched the back of his head, the uncertainty in his voice evident.
Jinchang's gaze sharpened at the interruption. The room fell silent, all eyes on him as he considered the boldness of the question.
"Who said anything about us taking Division head-on?" he replied, leaning back in his chair with a smirk that barely concealed his disdain. His posture exuded confidence, relishing the mixture of fear and intrigue in the atmosphere. "That's exactly what they'd expect, and we're not stupid enough to walk into a trap like that."
The bald guy looked dumbfounded, his expression shifting from uncertainty to confusion. Hadn't Jinchang just said they needed to do something about Division?
Jinchang leaned forward again, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "We just need chaos," he began, his tone low and deliberate, each word carefully chosen to instill a sense of urgency in his audience. "We just need to shake the bee's nest a little too much between J-High and Division. Create a situation that forces them to focus on each other instead of us."
The atmosphere in the room shifted, charged with a sense of impending action. His target wasn't just Division or Burn Knuckles; it was both. Only then would Central Seoul fall fully under their control. Jinchang could see the gears turning in his crew's minds, the realization dawning upon them as they absorbed his words.
The members listened intently as Jinchang elaborated. "First, we spread rumors in J-High that Division is preparing to take over their territory. A few whispers here and there, targeting the right ears—students loyal to Vasco and those already distrustful of Division. The fear will spread, and people will start questioning Division's motives."
He grinned, tapping his fingers on the table. "Then we make it real. We'll have some of our own guys dress up in Division's colors, wear their crew's clothes, and attack a few students from J-High. Nothing too big—just enough to cause some damage and stir up anger."
Jinchang paused, looking at his subordinates with cold intensity. "When J-High thinks Division is coming for them, they'll retaliate. They'll believe the rumors, especially after the attack. We'll make sure they know 'Division' is behind it."
His expression darkened as he continued, "But the key here is making it messy. Make it look like a sloppy job that Division would do if they were trying to send a message, not an all-out war. Hit some key figures, maybe someone close to Vasco, but don't touch someone who may recognize us. Just send a clear signal."
The God Dog members nodded, following Jinchang's every word.
Jinchang's lips curled into a sadistic smile, a glimmer of anticipation dancing in his dark eyes. "And when both sides are exhausted, fighting each other, that's when we move. We'll strike both Burn Knuckles and Division while they're weakened, taking them down when they least expect it." The thrill of the impending chaos electrified the room, and a collective grin spread among the members, a reflection of their insatiable hunger for power. To them, it was like a drug—an addictive high that fueled their ambitions and dreams of dominance.
"But that won't be as easy as you idiots think," he sighed, shifting his gaze to the photo sprawled across the table, a stark reminder of the challenges ahead. "He's No. 3 of Division, Jinyoung. And due to their recent victory against Big Deal, he's getting a little too cocky, making more appearances around our areas recently." His voice lowered, each word deliberate and heavy with implication. "You guys first need to capture him. He's the only one capable of seeing through our plan, and he's the one commanding Division's mini squadrons. After that, we need him in our new God Dog. He has brains we can make use of."
The air grew tense as the members absorbed his words, each one recognizing the weight of their next steps. One of the subordinates furrowed his brow, uncertainty creeping into his tone. "Will he agree? Isn't he loyal to Division?"
Jinchang scoffed, a disdainful smirk crossing his face as he leaned back in his chair, the leather creaking under his weight. "Of course he is. But loyalty means nothing when you're faced with survival. He's weak compared to other Division officials—he knows whose shoe to lick to stay alive." His expression hardened, and the room seemed to grow colder with his words. "When we pull his strings, he'll have no choice but to dance for us."
The room filled with a tense silence as Jinchang's plan sank in. The God Dog members exchanged glances, ready to act. It was a plan built on deception and manipulation, the kind Jinchang excelled at. Soon, J-High and Division would be at each other's throats, and God Dog would claim victory from the shadows.
"What about Toji?" one of the guys asked, his voice trembling slightly, unease creeping into his tone. Instantly, the air grew heavy, and everyone lowered their heads, the weight of the question palpable. The rumors about the Devil Child were no joke; they had heard the whispers of his monstrous strength and ferocity, tales that sent shivers down their spines.
Jinchang's expression hardened, his features casting shadows that accentuated his menacing presence. "Of course, he's the biggest pain in the ass to deal with." He paused, letting the tension hang in the air like a thick fog, his cold gaze sweeping over his subordinates. They felt the chill of his stare, a reminder of the risks that lay ahead.
"But every big shit has a weakness," he continued, a dangerous glint flashing in his eyes as he leaned forward, his fingers steepled in thought. The room remained silent, the only sound being the soft rustle of their clothes and the heavy beating of their hearts as they waited for him to elaborate. Each member was acutely aware of the kind of leader Jinchang was — ruthless, calculating, and sadistic. He didn't just want to win; he craved destruction, a complete dismantling of his opponents from the inside out.
"And this time," he said, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, "I've found the perfect way to get to Toji."
He let the words linger, a wicked smile creeping across his lips. The members leaned in, anticipation coiling in their chests like a spring ready to snap.
"His sister..." Jinchang's voice trailed off, the cruel delight in his expression widening as he savored the thought. "Sweet little Haeun Park."
One of the lieutenants shifted uncomfortably, knowing all too well what Jinchang was capable of. The rumors about Jinchang's cruelty, especially when it came to those who caught his interest, weren't just whispers of paranoia. They were truths that everyone in that room knew but dared not speak of. It was an unspoken agreement among them to keep their heads down and their eyes averted whenever Jinchang's darker tendencies surfaced.
Jinchang turned his chair toward the window, looking out at the bustling streets below, lost in thought for a moment. The flickering streetlights illuminated the shadows of passersby, their laughter and shouts faint echoes of a world he was determined to disrupt. His mind wandered to the innocent face of Toji's sister — a face he had seen only briefly, yet it lingered in his mind like a haunting melody. She was the key to his plans, a pawn in a game he was ready to dominate. She wasn't involved in the world of violence, unlike her brother, but that was precisely why she was perfect for what he had in mind.
"She's the weak link," Jinchang said, his voice laced with dark amusement. "Toji would do anything to protect her, and we're going to use that."
He stood up abruptly, the legs of his chair screeching against the floor, startling his subordinates. His tall, muscular frame towered over them as he began pacing, his movements predatory. The piercings on his face caught the dim light with every step, making him look even more menacing, a predator sizing up its prey.
"We'll grab her, keep her just out of Toji's reach," Jinchang continued, his voice a chilling calm that belied the chaos brewing in his mind. There was a twisted excitement to his words that unsettled the men around him. "And when Toji comes running, we'll make him fall right into our trap. He'll crumble, and so will Division."
The people who had shifted earlier spoke up cautiously, "What about J High? How does this help us with them?" His voice quivered slightly, betraying the uncertainty that gnawed at him.
Jinchang's eyes gleamed with a sadistic fire as he turned to the man, a cruel smile curling his lips. "Simple. Once Toji's down, the rest of Division will scatter like cockroaches. And with J High busy fighting Division, they'll be weak too. We take out Division, and J High falls with them. We become the top dogs — not just in this city, but everywhere."
His voice was laced with arrogance, yet there was a confidence in it that made everyone in the room believe it could happen. Jinchang didn't make empty promises. When he said he'd destroy someone, he meant it — and he did it brutally.
"We'll move in phases," Jinchang continued, his voice returning to its cold, calculated tone. "First, we lure Toji out with his sister. I'll handle that personally." He grinned, his tongue flicking over his lips, clearly relishing the thought. "Then, once Toji's focused on saving her, we hit Division hard. We'll cripple them, ensure they know who's really in charge. By the time Toji realizes what's happening, it'll be too late for him to do anything."
He stopped pacing and turned to face his subordinates again, his presence commanding. "And J High... well, without Division's backing, they'll be nothing. We'll crush them next, but only after they've watched their precious Division fall apart."
The sinister plan unfurled in the dim light of the room, every word wrapping around the subordinates like a vice grip, squeezing out their hesitations. Jinchang's strategy was simple but effective: use Toji's greatest weakness against him, and then dismantle everything he held dear one piece at a time. It was the kind of strategic cruelty that Jinchang excelled at — slow, painful destruction that left his enemies with nothing but regret.
One of the younger members spoke up hesitantly, "What if Toji fights back? He's... strong." The tremor in his voice echoed the fear that rippled through the group.
Jinchang's face darkened for a moment, his lips twisting into a cruel sneer. "Strong?" He spat the word as if it disgusted him. "He's a brute, nothing more. Strength doesn't matter when you're blinded by emotion." He chuckled, a dark, sadistic sound that sent a chill down their spines. "Besides, we're not fighting him head-on. We're getting inside his head, making him lose control. By the time he realizes what's happening, it'll be too late."
The young member nodded, cowed by Jinchang's confidence and the intensity of his stare.
"And if he does manage to get to us?" Jinchang smirked, cracking his knuckles with a deliberate, menacing pop. "Well, I wouldn't mind teaching him a lesson personally. I've been looking forward to it, actually."
"After all," he continued, his voice dropping into a low growl, "I have been feeding that big dog for this. That bastard who is making us work like his bitch is going to do that dirty work for us. No matter how, I can't deny his fighting ability. After all, I myself have fought and lost." He clenched his teeth, the frustration of losing evident in his expression.
"That fucker can copy any moves, so even I can't analyze that bastard. Defeating Toji with him and some of our members will be easy while he breaks a bone or two. It will finally be easy to dispose of that dip shit of a leader too, and then God Dog will enter a new age. I will guide you all to the golden age; we will be kings—money, power, and women. We will be untouchable with this that Japanese bastard will be finally satisfied."
"But first," Jinchang said, his voice dropping to a more casual tone as he adjusted his jacket.
The room grew colder with the weight of Jinchang's words. The God Dog members began to nod in agreement, their expressions shifting from uncertainty to understanding.
Jinchang crossed his arms, satisfied with the effect his words had. "Once we have Haeun, Toji will come running. He'll do anything to protect her. And when he's vulnerable, when his mind is clouded with fear and anger, that's when we strike. Not just at him, but at Division as a whole. By the time he realizes what's happening, it'll be too late."
The bald enforcer grinned, licking his lips in anticipation. "So, we're going after the sister, huh?"
Jinchang's smile widened. "Exactly. Once we have her, Division is ours. Toji won't have a choice but to play by our rules."
The plan was set. They would use Haeun, the one person Toji cherished, to break him. And when Toji was broken, so too would be Division. The God Dog members could already taste victory, their path to power now clear.
"But boss," one of the gang members hesitated, speaking cautiously. "Using her as a pawn… that could get messy real fast. Toji's not gonna let that slide."
Jinchang's smile widened, more sinister than ever. "That's the point. When Toji loses control, when he's too busy protecting her, Division will crumble with no one to guide them. He'll make mistakes. And while he's distracted? That's when we strike."
One of the guys, a burly man with tattoos crawling up his neck, shifted uncomfortably. "And what about J-High? They won't sit by and watch Division get wiped out. Some of those kids are real monsters."
Jinchang's gaze flickered with amusement, a sly smile dancing across his lips. "That's already taken care of," he said, leaning back in his chair, the leather creaking under his weight. "Johan's got his eyes set on taking over J-High, but we know he's not ready to make a move yet. That's why we're creating this stage for him."
He paused for effect, letting the implications of his words sink in. The room buzzed with anticipation, the members hanging on his every syllable as he continued, their eyes wide with a mix of excitement and apprehension. "So, we'll help him out. Stir the pot a little, push him in the right direction. I struck a deal with Big Deal when I went to see Jake in prison," he said, his voice low and conspiratorial, leaning closer as if sharing a dark secret. The mention of Jake's name sent a ripple of recognition through the group—everyone knew the reputation of Big Deal and its former leader and no wonder they hold a grudge against division.
Jinchang's lips curled into a smirk, relishing the power he wielded in the situation. "Once J-High is in chaos, they'll be too distracted to stop us from moving in. The strong ones? They'll be busy fighting each other, and by the time they realize what's happening, it'll be too late."
Jinchang's confidence exuded an almost palpable energy, igniting a spark of enthusiasm among his subordinates. The idea of chaos at J-High, a place known for its rigorous hierarchy and rivalries, thrilled them. The image of students clashing in the streets, preoccupied with their own battles, made their blood pump with adrenaline.
"Think about it," he continued, pacing back and forth, the rhythm of his footsteps matching the quickening beats of their hearts. "With Division distracted by their own internal conflicts and J-High tearing itself apart, we can move in without anyone even noticing. It'll be like a well-orchestrated play, and we'll be the puppeteers pulling all the strings."
He turned sharply to face them, his expression sharp as a knife. "Johan might not be ready, but that doesn't mean we can't prepare the ground for him. We'll feed him information, create distractions, and once he sees the perfect opportunity, he'll pounce. And when he does, we'll be right behind him, ready to take full advantage of the chaos."
The gang members nodded, their apprehension turning into excitement as the plan unfolded. They trusted Jinchang's strategic mind, as brutal as it was.
"I understand about Jinyoung but How do we get Haeun?" one of the core members asked, his voice low and cautious. "She's always surrounded by Division members. And if Toji even gets a whiff of what we're planning—"
"Leave that to me," Jinchang interrupted, his voice dripping with confidence. "I've got eyes everywhere. We'll catch her when she's alone, vulnerable. And when we do, Toji's going to lose his mind."
His gaze darkened as he spoke, and he leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. "And when I get my hands on her…" Jinchang's lips curled into a grotesque smile, and he licked them slowly, the image causing a wave of discomfort to ripple through the room. "Well, let's just say I'll enjoy breaking her spirit. Maybe I'll make her beg, maybe I'll have her scream Toji's name while I—"
"Understood," one of the members interrupted, his voice cutting through the charged atmosphere like a knife. The room fell silent, and all eyes turned toward him, tension rising. Jinchang's dark gaze snapped toward the speaker, annoyance flickering across his face.
Jinchang laughed, a cruel sound that echoed off the walls. "Touchy, are we? Don't worry, it'll all be over soon. And when it is, God Dog will have control of Division, J-High, and anyone else stupid enough to stand in our way."
One of the younger members piped up, nervous but eager to please. "And what about the other crews? What if they try to interfere?"
Jinchang waved his hand dismissively, the gesture casual yet laced with authority. "Let them. Once Division and J-High fall, the rest will follow like dominoes. We will be controlling H-High and J-High, and like I said, I have already struck a deal with Big Deal. Those other crews are all bark and no bite." His confidence radiated throughout the room, a potent reminder of the power he wielded.
"We will break division from the inside," Jinchang said, his voice cold and calculated, each syllable dripping with sinister intent. He leaned forward, the tension in the room palpable as he surveyed his subordinates, their eyes wide with anticipation. "And when Toji falls, Division and J-High will fall with him."
"What if we fail?" one of the members ventured cautiously, the uncertainty in his voice palpable.
"Nah, we will win," Jinchang said confidently, leaning back in his chair, his posture exuding arrogance. A sinister smile crept across his face as he envisioned the potential of having someone like Toji as his subordinate. He relished the thought of using Toji's strength and skills for his own purposes, convinced it would make their rise to power almost effortless.
But little did he know, he was poking a sleeping giant. The last thing you want to do to a retired cold-blooded assassin is touch his family. Jinchang was blind to the storm he was about to unleash.
