Isabelle stares out the window at the fancy restaurant Madelyn has taken her to after their indulgent spa day together. Having worked in the industry, Isabelle is accustomed to interacting with men such as Evan, particularly those in the business class who can be quite entitled.
Some of the men are quite handsy, placing their hands everywhere, but Isabelle has always been able to handle them. However, somehow this morning, she felt scared for the first time. The men on her flight were just a bunch of playboys, loving to see if they could get lucky with the female flight attendant.
But Evan Prescot was different. He was drunk, and Isabelle could see how serious he was about hurting her. She could have been seriously injured if the security hadn't arrived when they did.
"Being beautiful isn't a sin." Madelyn's voice breaks Isabelle's reverie.
