The Fight II
"Surume ! protect crybaby !" Luffy ordered Surume.
All the pirates looked in disbelief that the kraken sided with Luffy.
Usopp decides to take advantage of this moment of distraction to attack their captain, Hody. He aimed the canon towards the rocks where Hody was having a hard time standing up. However, they suddenly winded up falling into a pitfall made by a funny looking fishman with Shark teeth named Daruma. He setted out to do the same to Franky, but the cyborg ended up accidentally driving his motorcycle into the same one the tank fell into.
"What the hell ! Who the hell, dug this ! And how in the world you people managed to burry my tank in it when I have active sensors all across the tank ?"
Franky said angrily and tossed Usopp, Nami, Chopper and Pappag out of the hole.
"Hey what the hell did we do ? Your sensors didn't detect any hole !" Ussop complained.
"Yeah don't throw us out ! What are we going to do alone ?" Nami cried.
"Hey hey ! Don't complain now ! They have pissed me off. I am going to "transform" and that it's gonna be a one-person vehicle." Franky declared and merged the Black Rhino FR-U IV and the Brachio Tank V to combine and create the Iron Pirate: General Franky: A giant mecha bearing his likeness.
"I used the genius Vegapunk's unfinished prototype designs and completed them through the application of Wapometal." Franky declared proudly.
The pirates were dumbstruck at this new creation, while Luffy, Usopp and Chopper are awed at the docking mecha. Luffy's eyes were shining like stars.
Meanwhile Nami was frantically searching for a safe place uninterested in the 'cool' transformation. And soon she found Robin.
She was busy destroying multiple pirates on one end of the plaza.
Franky went on the attack, making Luffy distracted from his own fight. First he used the mech's sword to swing at the pirates' feet. When they jump, Franky popped out of the cockpit and fired his own shoulder cannons before flattening the pirates with the mecha's weight.
"Hey it's cheating ! I thought you are going to fire canons from general Franky's arms !" Luffy complained. But at that moment, a couple of fishman pirates tried to sneak onto Luffy.
But they were unable to reach him. One was taken care by Zoro's flying sword slash and the other was taken care by Robin, who sprouted an arm on his back and did a pressure point attack to bring down the man.
"Luffy ! What the hell are you doing ! Don't get careless !" Zoro scolded Luffy.
"Ahh ! Sorry Zoro, Robin !" Luffy who has realised his mistake quickly apologized and focused back on the fight.
As Nami was watching Robin taking down pirates left and right with admiration, one of the pirates tried to sneak up on her. She blocked with her new staff and unveils a new Clima-Tact weapon. She fired a blast of gust from it, knocking the pirate out. A few of the fish-men pirates charged at Usopp, who used his Pop Greens to make bamboo shoot up from underneath them.
The citizens continued to look on in awe as the Straw Hats fight.
Daruma the troublemaker was burried himself underground, hoping to make more pitfalls to stop the Straw Hats. But he got taken out by Chopper who showcased a new point form; Horn Point.
"Oy ! Chopper ! When did you turn into a stag beetle ? You look so cool !" Luffy got distracted again.
"Hey ! I am not a stag bettle you asshole ! I have refined my point forms to another level. Now I only need the rumble ball for one transformation. Now I can freely transform into my other six form whenever I wish !" Chopper shouted at Luffy.
Meanwhile Hody was getting impatient. He was loosing his men rapidly to take down the straw hats, and yet none of them has managed to even injure one of those humans. The Kraken was not listening to him. He was very frustrated that he was losing to a bunch of human even with the advantage of number with him.
Hody thought about blackmailing the Kraken to capture Shirahoshi. But then he dumpped that Idea because there will be no point in that move while Jinbe is right beside her. So he decided to consume more steroids and finish Luffy off, the root of every problem.
Meanwhile Luffy was also advancing near Hody while continuously leaking conqueror's haki. Rayleigh had told him, that for some people it worked quite well for training method. Looking at Luffy's advancements, Ikaros and Dosun, two underlings of Hody went to intercept him but were knocked aside by Zoro and Sanji.
"What are you looking at you bunch of no good fools ! Stop him !"Hody ordered his pirates to stop Luffy, but Luffy disappeared from their sight and reappeared in front of Hody, kicking him in the face with a furious expression.
While the pirates were worried for their captain, Hody got back up from the attack he received from Luffy. He was coughing up blood. But he was still standing. Suddenly Hody tried to take Luffy's head off with Fish-Man Karate. It only succeeded in knocking Luffy's head back thanks to his rubber body. Luffy coated his forehead with Armament Haki while releasing a burst of conqueror's haki to knockout the fishmen, who were trying to shield Hody with Iron Shells.
"Gomu Gomu no !
Kane !"
Without any defence, Hody was sent flying again.
But Hody got back up and rapidly fired water shots at Luffy. But he dodged them easily. Luffy then hits Hody with an Armament-powered Pistol attack sending him flying into a wall again. It was a one sided beat down. But Hody was just getting back up. Even with his increased strength with all of those steroid he was no match for Luffy. But his increasing endurance and vitality was proving to be annoying to deal with.
Shirahoshi and the citizens all marveled at Luffy's strength. But before the fight can go any further, the sky suddenly went dark.
